Great location

Great location, just steps from the village and a short walk to the beach.The property manager was very prompt and helpful.It was a nice extra to have a pool right on-site and the bed was very comfy.

Wonderful location

My friends and I had a great stay, the place was clean and well stocked. We loved the pool and location of the property. Very close to the Village and beach.

Perfect stay for 2!

My daughter and I stayed at this location for the first time. We have been coming to Siesta Key for the past 10 years. The size is perfect for 2 people and the location is close to the restaurants and grocery store. Definitely consider staying again!

What an awesome place and amazing host. Kyle was ver communicative and ensured our experience was best-in-class. We would rent again in the future.

Great communication and location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was exactly as described and had everything we needed from making breakfast to spending the day at the beach. We didn’t use the pool much but it was clean and nice to have when we wanted it. The location was perfect! We could walk to the store or restaurants in a few short minutes or to the beach in no time! The host provided excellent communication as soon as we booked. During our stay we reached out to him and he responded right away. We will definitely stay with this host again!

This cozy stay was so close to everything, we walked to the beach, and to the village for all the bars and restaurants. We had 2 dogs with us, and we walked them around the block, but beware - Siesta Key Beach is not dog friendly. There is little for them to do and they are not allowed in the pool area, beach or had much grass to go on. This unit was a bottom floor unit and there was a huge family upstairs with lots of kids, so it sounded like elephants upstairs when they were home. Other than that, our stay was great!!!

Terri, our goal is 5 star service. I didn't know until this review that we were unable to achieve that. It sounds like a single family home at 4x the cost is likely a better fit.

Our stay

Very clean, decor was cute and beachy. Just enough room for two. Wagon and beach chairs were available for use. In the kitchen they provided plenty of dish soap, paper towels, spices, dishes, silverware, etc. They even provided a few bottles of water, some individual bags of chips and a bottle of wine. In the bathroom there was enough toilet paper to last one week. They even had a first aid kit- which we had to use because my husband cut his foot on the tile outside the front door. The bed was very comfortable. We did laundry while we were there. I brought my own soap, but they had some available plus stain spray. The pool was nice to relax in after a day at the beach. The only complaint I have is the noise from upstairs. Every move they made, we heard it.

Hi Amy our goal is 5 star service, sorry we were not able to meet the standard. Our listing is a condo in a 4-plex, perhaps not the right fit for you, and a stand-alone single family home would be a better accommodation.

Property was great!

Property was great. Loved the location because we could walk everywhere. The bed was super comfy! There are 2 AC UNITS, which is awesome because it was really hot during our stay. Pool was very clean. We had a couple of issues with the other renters, which was just our bad luck and does not reflect on the management or property itself. One set of young renters set the grill and propane tank on fire and we had to call the fire department. Everyone needs an exciting vacation story! And the renters above us probably had between 10-12 people and the noise was really crazy, they were constantly dragging furniture across the floor and maybe bowling. When they were all in the pool, they could barely fit! And let’s not forget the “fire starters” 3 am pool visits. Which is a little bit of a bummer since the pool is only about 2 feet from the bedrooms sliding glass door. We wish it would have been quieter but it’s a vacation rental and noise and chaos is expected.
