Shawn’s place was the perfect sanctuary for larger groups looking for a place to stay. Check-in and communication was smooth and efficient. The property was very clean and secure. Each room at the property had a private bathroom, which was something the whole party appreciated as we had busy schedules. A big thank you to the host and cleaning crew!

This place was so cute and spacious enough for our group of 11. It was so clean and had everything we needed and more. The parking is a little tight but it was worth it to stay in that area. Shawn was super helpful and we'd love to stay again.

Clean, well-kept, modern townhouse with plenty of space, bathrooms, kitchen supplies, TVs, etc. Shawn was an excellent host who communicated very quickly whenever we had questions! Check-in and Check-out were both a breeze. Will definitely stay here next time we're in LA!

We loved this place! It was immaculately clean, and we loved the fact that the bedrooms were spread among the three floors of the condo, and we loved that there were 4 full bathrooms. We were no more than a 10 minute drive from all the things we wanted to do and see, and we could even see the Hollywood sign from our upper bedroom window. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay

We had a great time at Shawn’s place. The place was spotless clean and the 4 bedrooms with 4 baths was very convenient. Communication was very quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Nice townhouse to stay in

We enjoyed our stay. The entire home was clean. The home owner was friendly and quickly communicated We enjoyed the location in Hollywood I’d recommend staying here

This townhouse is fantastic and so clean and comfortable!!! My three friends and I each had our own bathroom!!! The host is the an exceptional communicator. Centrally located and is a great option if you’re driving—really appreciated the garage parking! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!!

The property was clean, well-appointed and centrally located for access to local restaurants and the grocery store right around the corner. It was also a good home base for day trips around the city. We appreciated having the washer and dryer in- unit, and that every room had a TV and its own bathroom (key for 5 people getting ready in the am). While there were no views from the property, the back patio was a good place to relax and have a cocktail outside when we returned from being out all day. The host was super communicative, quickly answering all questions we had about the property. He checked in proactively prior to and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Great place, would definitely recommend this roomy, modern, well appointed unit for those who want a great central location with parking and don’t mind not having a view.

Location was well suited to our plans. House was immaculate. All ready for us! Shawn quickly answered questions throughout the week if needed. We were happy and comfortable with our family all together. This stay went so smoothly! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Very nice place, enjoyed our stay, more than comfortable for our family of 11. Host responds very quickly. The most easily arrival I’ve experienced staying at VRBOs. We definitely will be back again.

Great place, great host.

House was clean, well stocked, and the host was very communicative even on a holiday weekend. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy with delivery trucks and such.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the space had a fresh, modern feel with updated furnishings and amenities.
