Beautiful one bedroom, second level condo located in San Simeon at the Foothills. Tile throughout. New bathroom and kitchen sink and counter tops. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Walkout balcony with spectacular lake and mountain view. Close to pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room. Includes utilities, Wi-Fi, HD television, dishes, linens, bedding, and more. (NON-Smoking) (San Simeon Community requires a minimum 30-day stay)

In a quiet area away from the city, but close to restaurants, grocery store, golf courses and freeway, and less than 30 minutes from Phoenix or Mesa airports.

80 dollars a night

The location is great near heated pool and gym. Looking out from deck is the huge pond with ducks a fountain that is lit at night. Nice relaxing area. Safe lots of dog walkers in this area. The furniture is a little worn, but condo is well supplied with everything. Queen bed is comfortable. Location is worth it alone!

San Simeon was a beautiful complex. We did not realize it was on second floor; if we had known it was on upper level we wouldnt have picked it. Beautiful lake views. Beautiful pool.

March Stay

The view from the balcony was terrific. Enjoyed staying on the south side of Phoenix as traffic is lighter. Great hiking and biking was near by.

Kurt's Condo

The condo is a great 1 bedroom rental very well equiped with comfortable furniture a great view of the lake from the lanai and a short walk from the complex pool , hot tub, club house and fitness centre. We stayed for an enjoyable two months and wished we could have stayed longer

Gem in South Mountain

This place is exactly what it is listed as. The view from the patio and the bed where the best parts. Could have stayed for longer easily, great hiking just up the road and walking to stores and services. The grounds and pools are keep beautifully, although did not use them because of COVID-19 would have otherwise. The owner is a ten got back to us quickly when needed.

When everything went perfectly for me!

I'm an experienced traveler and know, by trial and error, what I would like so that my stay is very good. This was IT!! The stars aligned, I love Ahwatukee anyway, and I go for the views. So this place was perfect for my needs and goals. Convenient location for amenities, super-great location for hiking, watching sunrise and sunset. I also had a goal in mind--the lake, the ducks, the condo itself was all just right for my mind and body to relax. And guess what, I met my goal! Because of the place, the very prompt responses from the host, the convenience, and did I say the cute view from the balcony? Everything was accurately advertised, which I appreciate very much! Thank you to the host and, if they will have me, I'd like to return!

Hidden Gem

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely lake at the center of the complex. Hummingbirds frequent the many bougainvilleas, Arizona yellow bells and Palo Verde trees located throughout the complex. Kurt was a great host.

very nice condo, well equipped and a view to die for. Was disappointed that was not informed by owner that water was being turned off five days of our month stay from 9-3 but once neighbor told us we were prepared. Over all was a nice stay, would rent again through HomeAway

Great condo!

We had a wonderful 10 days in this condo. It is in a great location and very comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the lake. Kurt was a gracious host and provided us with a lot of information on the surrounding area. My husband and I would definitely consider staying there again!

Great Condo Stay

The condo was clean and met our expectations. The condo pool and hot tub was nice and the fitness room was very well equipped. We enjoyed the pond and watching the ducks and coots that were also visiting for the winter. The condo is located in a nice area of greater Phoenix and was close to the interstate and highways to get around if needed. I would not hesitate to return for a second visit.

Absolutely Perfect

I had a last minute reservation here at this place and it couldn't have been more perfect! The owner was so helpful with everything. This place is a desert oasis! So beautiful and complete with everything you need. Perfect for 1 person or 2 people. The area is very safe and extremely nice. It was on a lake that was so nice right by the mountains. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Very relaxing and very comfortable. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Excellent condo to enjoy a great vacation

Renting this condo for a vacation to Phoenix was the best decision I have made. As an Arizona native it was like coming home. Having stayed in hotels every time I travel I thought this might be a better alternative. The location was close to all needed freeways, and everything you would ever need is with in 5 miles. I am planning on renting this condo again on my next trip to Phoenix.

What a lovely property!

I did a lot of research and contacted different owners before making my reservation. This property came out to be the best one I found in that neighborhood with the most reasonable price. The owner, Kurt, is so easy to do business with and very good at responding to my questions/requests. I have nothing else to say but positive feedback/comments! The property has an outstanding lake view which you can see from the pictures online. Although it is a pet friendly rental property, the place is well cleaned. Kitchen has everything you need even including all kinds of seasonings and white rice. It is a romantic getaway place for a couple or a small family. We really enjoyed the community pool in the middle of July in the desert. Shower room is very spacious. The entire community is quiet with friendly neighbors. We had a walk every evening around the lake, precious memory...... Thanks, Kurt! We would love to stay there again!

This was a great place to stay, we will be going back for sure.

We had a great time in this condo and will definitely be visiting again, until the time comes that we can move out there. The complex was very nice with friendly and helpful neighbors. The pool area was so relaxing and very fun for our son. Everything you need to cook in the condo or out on one of the many grills is provided for you. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner responded right away to any questions we had. It was great to get up in the morning and sit out on the balcony and enjoy the weather. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute drive from the complex, grocery store, bank, restaurants, park, gas station, plus much more. It is in an area with everything you need but far enough away from the city that you did not have a lot of traffic or noise. The South Mountain park was a great place to visit for free, the McCormick - Stillman Railroad museum was only a few dollars and a fun time for our son. We were able to spend time and look around different areas at houses for sale and nice areas to move to. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family.
