Robert was a great host for my son's 6-week stay for a grad school clinical rotation. The property was well kept, and communication was great. Light supplies were present to get the stay started. The location was ideal. The pool was awesome. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Robert was there to walk through the property. Communication during the stay was easy, with very prompt response and action. Highly recommend and may stay there in the future if needed for a shorter visit. Thanks much, Robert!

Robert, the host, was very kind and quick with communication. The unit was clean, comfortable, and included all of the basic necessities. Great quiet area within walking distance of grocery stores and a nice lake.

Perfect for any stay

I was in town for work but Robert's place would be a perfect spot for any reason. Beautifully landscaped property with a nice pool in the courtyard. Quiet and attractive neighborhood that's close to anything you may need. Communication with the host was a breeze and he was VERY prompt and responsive.

Robert was the best host. He quickly responded to the issue with the garbage disposal. He made sure we had access to the swimming pools and the workout space.His condo was clean and had everything we would need to enjoy our month in Phoenix.Thank you, Robert!

Best stay in Ahwatukee

We rented the condo from Robert for about six weeks this summer. First of, Robert is the best host! Easy to reach, communicative, and kind. The condo is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need. It is even better in person than in the pictures! The location is perfect. The pool and gym are very nice. We could not recommend this place and host more! Thank you Robert!

Dissapointed

The owner assured us that the pool was heated. We booked for a month. More than half of the month, the pool was NOT heated. He also assured us that the condo was clean. It wasen't. We washed the windows. Washed the floors. Dusted. His furniature looked it was from Good Will. We bought our own pans because his pots and pans were as cheap as he is. We paid $3,000 for this dmall ground floor Cond apartment DUMP. Do not rent.

We truly care about our guest’s experience and strive to ensure each guest has the best stay. We would certainly correct any guest concern, if given the opportunity. We, unfortunately, did not get that opportunity with this stay and were surprised to read this review. Throughout the years, our family condo has served many guests with the highest quality stay, we treated this guest as we have with all others. We, unfortunately, are not in control of the heated pool but no other guest has been so negative or harsh in their review. We will continue to treat our guests as family, we will continue to provide a high quality stay.

My Experience

This property was in a good location. Nice neighborhood. The condo was very clean and everything was in good working order. I stayed here for 45 days. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Also many stores within walking distance.

Perfect location!

This condo was close to everything we needed. It was very homey and comfortable. The area it was in was quiet but it was located near major highways that made it easy to get around to other attractions. Would love to come back!

Easy to get to from Mesa airport. Great pool. Nice grounds and walking areas. Walking distance to stores and restaurants

Perfect Golf Getaway

Robert’s place has everything you need. The location is ideally located. It was easy to get to downtown Phoenix and to all the golf courses we played. The condo was spotless and very close to the pool and hot tub which was great after a day of golf. Robert was very responsive and very friendly. We will definitely stay again when back in the area. (If in the area you have to go to WCKD brewery and bar and to Thai Paradise. Both excellent!)

I recommend this property

The condo is in a great location and is very clean with recent remodelling. Robert the owner is a very pleasant person to rent from and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place and a very good value for the area.

well equipped, good location

A modern condo, nicely equipped, kitchen was well stocked. I found the foam mattress a little warm, my mate found it fine. There was an honest-to-god junk drawer in the kitchen, with matches, flashlight, scissors, etc. Very comfortable stay, I would gladly stay there again.

Clean and quiet

We had a great stay at the condo over Thanksgiving. It’s a perfect size for the two of us. Perfectly clean and quiet. Could use a new mattress but comfortable for a short stay.

Greet accommodations

Close to major attractions. Owner was helpful and prompt. Upstairs neighbors were loud, but that is not the owners fault. We would stay again.

Great Location

Gem of a stay

This condo is a Gem. Robert is great and communication with him was very easy. The condo has everything you could need and then some. We were in town for a funeral so we didnt spend a lot of time at the condo. We loved the Ac which kept us cool. The bed was super comfortable. Shower was great with great water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. The area was super safe and quiet and is close to shops and stores. I cant say enough good things about this place. We cant wait to come back and Thanks again Robert for being such a Wonderful host.
