Beautiful 1st floor condo in Ahwatukee with heated pool.

This first floor condo makes it easy to find your happy place. With an open concept and high ceilings this spacious design is roomy and bright. The sleeper sofa accommodates your guests and is very comfortable when relaxing and watching television. The bedroom has a queen bed, with hypoallergenic pillows, makes every night sleep a pleasant one. The bedroom also has a 50 inch television to watch your favorite television shows or movies. Since the kitchen has brand new appliances and granite countertops and a deep basin sink, you may actually want to cook here. This condo is also right in front of the HEATED pool for easy access and their are many places to eat and shop within just minutes from the condo.

Perfect for working vacation

This is the perfect place to work remotely for a week and have access to all of Phoenix. The WiFi is fast and stable, the complex is quiet, easy access to the freeways. Loved it!

Our Condo stay

We enjoyed our Condo from the minute we walked in, was clean and inviting. The owner was very nice and responded quickly if I had a question. This was my first visit but will not be my last. There was a few things like pots, silverware, that could be upgraded, but was not a deal breaker, just would have added to the Condo, but those were a couple minor things, loved the locationPaul/JoAnneCanada

Sweet Retreat

Mark’s 1 bedroom ground floor condo is in an excellent location off Chandler with easy access to all amenities. The gated community is very nicely kept and the heated pool and jacuzzi are a wonderful addition to any day whether out and about or just enjoying a lazy day. Mark has equipped the unit well with everything needed. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any inquiry. Lovely patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Would definitely use again.

Baseball Game

My daughter and I came to Arizona to watch my nephew play baseball in a college tournament. We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well kept. We did not use the pool or hot tub since we were there to watch baseball, but they looked amazing!! We will definitely stay there again if we are back to Arizona.

Wonderful 9 Days

Very nice property. It was very clean when we arrived. The pool is very convenient and well maintained. The host is always ready to assist with any issues that may arise. Highly recommend this condo. We will stay again next year.

Pleasant Stay

The condo was the perfect location In proximity to family living in the area. We enjoyed the pool and comfortable accommodations, and appreciated the generous supplies on hand for use for our short visit. With some extra cleaning attention to floors and carpets, this would have been a five star stay. We hope to book this condo again.

Great overall

We really enjoyed it here. Property is conveniently located in a quiet, safe-feeling development just a mile down the road from three grocery options. Kitchen could have been cleaner and the upstairs neighbors are noisy in the mornings, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed

We so appreciated the ease of booking this place, the communication, and the perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see. We love having a clean place to call home for a week. It was quiet, close to the pool, lovely to sit outside. We also loved it was close to grocery stores and yummy restaurants. It’s our hope to return. Exactly what we needed

Perfect

This condo is perfect when you need a bed and bath, but want the extras of the kitchen and living area. Like all condos, it’s hard to find if you arrive after dark. In daylight, I was a little embarrassed as to how easy it is to find. We’d prefer a king bed, but it is exactly as advertised. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Super Great Rental

I rented this unit for my elderly Mother while she was visiting me. It was perfect for her. She wanted a pool and hot tub and this unit was perfect for that. The unit is ground floor and just steps away from the pool. The pool and grounds are clean, pretty, and well taken care of. The unit had everything we needed. We did some cooking and I was pleasantly surprised with how well the kitchen was stocked. It had everything. I also loved how they kept all the odds and ends from previous renters such as spices, condiments, sugar, etc. That made it much easier. Some rentals clear all of that stuff out. The bed was super comfortable and had really nice soft sheets. They also have extra blankets and pillows. The only note I would make for future renters is that the bed is very high and my 76 year old 4'11' mom could not get into it. It's too high to even sit down on the side, I'm 5'5" and I had to kind of pull myself up and onto it. But once there I slept great. They have a sofa bed and also a foam mattress that we used for my mom which ended up being very comfortable as well. Communication with owner was excellent and was quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this place. The unit is located blocks from major grocery stores and restaurants.
