This was a very comfortable place for 4 people. Each of us had our own sleeping space. The location was great for the activities we wanted to do. We had a nice dining table for dinners, and the living room seating was good for conversation. Alexandria was incredibly responsive when we had a question. We are planning to come back next year!

Very comfortable home. Second bathroom is slightly small which is pictured on VRBO so I knew this before hand. Very clean and cozy. Beds are comfortable and AC works great, Alex is very helpful and communicated well with any questions I had.

This property was the perfect solution for my business associates and myself. We were comfortable and felt like we were at a home-away-from-home. Alex was a great host, messaged us our security code the day before check-in as promised. House was accurate as listed and as pictured. Neighborhood was good. When in Kansas, we would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and Alexandra was most helpful and quick with responses when I emailed. This house worked out really well for our family visit and we were very comfortable with the accommodations. Loved that there was coffee, extra towels and the other items needed if you forgot them. The house was located with easy access to the interstate and other businesses if needed. Thank you so much!

This fit our needs well as we were in town for state track with 4 girls. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and friendly when we had questions. We ended up extending our stay due to weather. The checkout procedure was great as we only had to gather used towels and put dirty dishes in the sink. We will look at booking here again next May.

Nice size home and very comfortable for our family of 4. The second bathroom and shower is quite small, but the other is large. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having the dining table to play card games in the evening.

Very cute property. Owners have done so much to update! Very nice touches. Could use new flooring & a weekend of attention to details and will be FIVE STARS across the board!! Quiet, older neighborhood. Easy to get to everything. Great communication from hosts. Would definitely stay again.

We traveled from Michigan to visit family in Wichita. Our host, Alex, kept excellent communication and even allowed us to arrive a few hours early. The home looked just like the pictures — comfortable bed, fluffy towels, everything you need to cook dinner, a fenced backyard for our dog, Ed, and great water pressure in the shower were some of the highlights we truly appreciated. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I felt safe walking the dog. If we happen to be in the area again, we’d definitely choose this place once more.

Quick Stay

We had to go to Wichita for a funeral and just needed a nice place to stay. The house is in a little older neighborhood but this house is in great shape. It was clean and the open layout is very accommodating. Highly recommend

Nice Stay for Christmas

We met my daughter and my sister here for a holiday gathering. Check in process was very easy with the door code. The house was clean and ready for us. I was able to get in and out of the front door with my wheelchair. Overall, it was a very pleasant holiday! Thank you!

Preferred midrange stay

You are in Wichita Kansas. This place is certainly one of the best houses on the block. For a working city, this place is an absolute win if you are staying wit pets. The backyard is outstanding for letting the dogs out to roam, handle their business and come back in. During the winter

Girls get together.

The rooms were a good size and the house was comfortable, however, it could use a coat of paint and some updates. Alex, our host was absolutley great. She was responsive and made sure we were happy with the stay. She responded immeidately got what we needed.

The hostess was very welcoming and the place was nice and clean for our stay inside the house. We enjoyed the stay very much. The house was as advertised but there were a couple of details that would have made the stay better. The house inside had been updated, clean but was not in great shape. The bathroom sink was very slow draining and retained water after a couple of people used it in the morning (to be fair we did not ask for this to be fixed during our stay out of convenience for us. I am sure the hostess would have sent someone out if we asked. They were responsive and helpful). The backyard was very spacious and would have been ideal for our dogs but we found after walking around it that there was a significant amount of brush, broken concrete, old glass, pottery shards, and nails. Unfortunately, we did not realize this until after one of our dogs got a very significant cut on her paw. I don’t bring these out to bash the property or owners just to leave an honest review. As I noted earlier the hostess was very responsive and I brought this to their attention at the end of the stay. (The yard was such an issue it likely couldn’t have been remedied during our stay) Bottom line is that if they fix the issues we discovered, we plan to rent again next holiday season. As it is, I would be concerned for the safety of kids and pets in the yard.

I am going to start with the cons and finish with the pros. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but this is written for others, (especially families with littles), and the host to consider.Cons- The Garage Game Room had a lot of bugs and we saw a bunch of mouse traps all over the house, (but didn’t see a mouse), so we couldn’t tell if on the floor was dead bugs or mouse poop, so we made our kids always wear shoes in the garage. The space probably needs a new garage door seal and spray. An insulated door would also help their AC in that room. - If you have kids, the lawn was not super safe by themselves. There was glass in the yard, and potentially poison ivy.- There was a hair clog that I had to pull out so that it would drain properly for my kids bath. - Master Bedroom Bathroom is small especially the shower. The pictures cover the showers and baths for a reason.- No kids utensils or toy. I wouldn’t complain about that except the listing said it would.- Too much pet hair in the house for anyone with real allergy problems.Pros- AC and all electronics worked.- Kitchen was great and water and Ice on the Fridge door. - Kids high chair was great- Kids pack and play was great.- Water was hot enough.- Beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean.- The kids bathroom was large.- The Game Room Garage: Our kids had a bunch of fun in.And really our kids having so much fun in that room was the saving grace. Although much of everything is minor fixes, but had you be honest here.

I’m sorry for the cleanliness and safety issues you found (bugs in the garage, mouse traps, pet hair, glass in the yard, and the hair clog); that is not the experience we want for families. We’ll arrange pest control and a thorough deep clean, have maintenance evaluate the garage door seal/insulation, and schedule a yard and landscaping inspection to remove any hazards and check for poison ivy. I’ll also confirm the kids’ items listed are available and replenish child-friendly utensils/toys, and have maintenance check the bathroom drain and review the master shower sizing in our listing photos. Thank you for noting the positives — AC/electronics, kitchen, high chair, pack‑and‑play, hot water, clean sheets, and the game room — and for pointing out what we can improve.

Really enjoyed being in one level, especially with our older dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect for them too! Elsa liked hanging out back there on the concrete pad; kitchen was easy to use and we cooked most dinners there - loved the size of the kitchen sink! Thanks for a great stay!
