Walkable Downtown KC*Private Parking
Stay in the heart of Downtown Kansas City! This studio apartment offers a fully furnished space, fully stocked kitchen, on-site laundry, free wifi and more! WALK to Power & Light District, Convention Center, and the T-Mobile Center. You will also have easy access to the FREE KC Street Car. The booking will also include a FREE parking spot - a rare downtown perk. Perfect for business or leisure, experience the best Downtown KC has to offer right outside your door!
Guests can enjoy a fully self-service experience with easy keypad check-in, but I’m always available if you need anything. I’m happy to provide local recommendations, answer questions, or assist with anything that comes up during your stay. You’ll have privacy and space to enjoy the home, with support just a quick message away.
Nestled in the historic Quality Hill district, this studio offers unmatched downtown convenience. The Kansas City Convention Center is just a 5-minute walk and Power & Light district (T-mobile Center) is around a 10 minute walk, making this the perfect spot for event-goers. Art enthusiasts can walk to the Crossroads Arts District, home to dozens of galleries, creative studios, craft breweries (especially around “Brewer’s Alley”), and live music venues.
When it comes to groceries, you’re within walking distance of popular downtown markets like Cosentino’s Downtown Market and City Market—great for fresh produce and local finds . Nearby Penn Valley Park, slightly further but still accessible, offers sweeping city views, walking trails, and iconic landmarks like the Liberty Memorial and World War I Museum.
From casual gallery-hopping to grabbing groceries or enjoying green spaces, this spot makes it easy to soak up the best of Kansas City—without needing a car.
Guests will have full access to the private studio apartment and all in-unit amenities. The building itself is shared with permanent residents, so you can expect to see neighbors in the lobby, hallways, laundry room, and elevator. The laundry facilities are coin-operated and available to all residents, and the elevator and lobby are also shared spaces. Please note that I do not manage the building itself—only this specific unit—so common areas are outside of my control.

FREE PARKING SPOT
Getting around is easy from this central downtown location. The KC Streetcar stop is just a short walk away and offers free rides through downtown, connecting you to River Market, Union Station, and Crown Center. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and quick to arrive. If you’re driving, you’ll have convenient access to major highways for exploring the greater Kansas City area. Public parking garages and surface lots are also nearby for extra vehicles.
Around a 10-12 minute walk to Power & Light District.
The building is 120 years old. You might notice old smells. We do our best to mitigate and the unit itself usually does not smell but the hallways and lobby we have zero control over. If you are sensitive to that please be aware before finalizing your booking.
There is NO central HVAC. There is a window unit in the summer months and a radiator in colder months. Both work great.
There is a potential for noise. Noise from other residents in the building and also downtown city noises. If you are looking for something super quiet this may not be the best fit for you.
This is a historic building with lots of character. The elevator is original, so while it works, it can feel a little quirky and isn’t as smooth or modern as newer ones. The same goes for the building itself—it’s old, full of charm, and part of what makes the space unique, but it may not have the polished feel of brand-new construction. If you appreciate vintage style and a bit of history, you’ll love it here! If you’re looking for something modern, seamless, and luxury-focused, this may not be the right fit. Some guests have had trouble with the elevator and that is not uncommon. There is a staircase to use alternatively.
Best for 1–2 guests: This is a STUDIO apartment. It will be smaller than your average 1 bedroom apartment. If you have 4 guests it will be COZY! While the apartment technically accommodates up to 4 with an air mattress, the space is most comfortable for 1–2 people.
Elevator: The building has an elevator, but the sliding doors are heavy and may be difficult for some to use.
Parking: This unit comes with one registered parking spot. Because it’s downtown KC, there are times another car may take the spot by mistake. If that happens, I do my best to resolve it quickly — either by directing you to another spot or arranging for the car to be towed if needed.
Laundry facilities are in the basement and are NOT in the unit itself.
Please note: Bedding patterns, colors, and styles may vary from those shown in the photos as we occasionally update and rotate linens. Quality and comfort will always remain consistent.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING.
