Perfectly maintained property within 2 miles of the Falls River entrance to RMNP. Streamside views which included deer and elk sightings while we were there. Relaxing setting within minutes to everything you came to the mountains to see. The accommodations were exactly as described and in perfect condition. We liked this area enough to stay here twice in 2 years. And, we plan to return again next year!

This was by far one of the best condos we have ever rented. Breathtaking views, easy access to downtown Estes Park and RMNP, and fully equipped kitchen made this an ideal location for our daily excursions. The added bonus was fly fishing the Fall River right in the backyard.

So close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and not far from town. Great place to stay! nice view of the river and the mountains.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The space is furnished really well and the views are amazing. We definitely will book it again!

We will definitely be back to stay! The views were just amazing with the babbling river running behind the home and the incredible mountains! Everything was perfect and beautiful interior as well! We enjoyed the elk that came by one afternoon to drink from the river! We also saw turkeys, deer and fawn, chipmunks, and birds: magpie and Stellar Jays who enjoyed eating non salted peanuts from our deck (tip from our Nextdoor neighbor). We also had hummingbirds come by as our neighbors had 2 feeders on their deck. Loved the convenience to Rocky Mountain National Park! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing vacation in the mountains!

Great views and sounds of Fall River right out the back door. House was clean and had everything needed to make our stay amazing. The Loft area was the favorite spot in the evenings after spending time in the Park or town. Just close enough to Estes to run in for meals or shopping but far enough out to enjoy the sounds of nature.

Beautiful location — right on the river! We enjoyed our stay. The house is stocked well in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had 6 adults and felt that we would have enjoyed more seating in the living area, but used the kitchen table chairs, which were very hard after a short time. Also we wished the toilets in the house were taller— they were hard to get up and down. We appreciated the peace and quiet and listening to the water outside.

Beautiful Condo

We loved staying in this beautiful condo by the river. The location was perfect for anyone planning to visit Rocky Mountain NP. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of space for 6 adults. We loved the large dining table for meals after a long day of hiking in the park.

Great location. Bedrooms were perfect for our group. Having Fall River near the back deck was really nice. Only hitch was an issue with the washing machine that couldn’t be repaired before we left after our 5 day stay, but it was not a necessity and would only have been nice to get a few things washed before returning home.

Beautiful Cabin

My teens and I had a memorable experience in this cabin next to the river. This place is magical, cabin was neat clean, superb cozy decoration and have all the staff that you need in a house.definitely we will be back extremely recommended

We have stayed at a lot of properties in Estes Park over the last 20 years and this is one of the best. It is spotless, well-equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. Unfortunately, our stay was shorter than usual (only 4 nights) because we would have enjoyed a full week or more of sitting on the porch and enjoying the river.Great access to the quieter Fall River entrance into RMNP.

Beautiful and Relaxing

The property is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well appointed and organized. Peaceful setting. We were surprised that it was attached to another home but no one was there so not an issue. We enjoyed the closeness to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and the sound of the river flowing behind the house. We saw elk and turkey in the area each day.

Family vacay to Estes Park & RMNP

This cabin was exactly as described on the site, but even better in-person!! Beautiful area with amazing views and the incredible sounds of Fall River to wake up to and go to sleep to. The wildlife was so close and incredible; mule deer in our front yard the first evening, wild turkey in the backyard each morning, young mule deer family (young buck and doe with 2 fawn) across the river from the back deck! The neighborhood was quite & private but so close to town and the Fall River RMNP gate; and the neighbors on either side of us were very kind and engaging! We will definitely look to bring the family back here!! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

Location and view wonderful. However it kind of spoiled our evening when we couldn’t work the Apple TV app and base did not work because device to work TV didn’t work very well and had unmarked places to work TV. Do not like your TV service. Was nice to get the fireplace turned on. And I do not like to pay extra for TV. But other than that, I like the decor, beds comfortable, a nice quiet location.

Thank you for your review. There are instructions in the home on how to use the Apple TV remote. You did not have to pay extra for the TV. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting right next to the river. A great relaxing place to spend a vacation.
