The view of the mountains and the creek were stunning. It was a joy to watch the animals from the back patio every morning and every evening. The condo was beautifully decorated with high quality craftsmanship. We will certainly come back in the future, as we LOVED our stay!!

Great rental in a terrific location. Very close to RMNP. Host was excellent… house is well stocked. Process to check in and check out went great. We will be going back and staying again.

Loved the location on the river- so peaceful and relaxing. Wild turkey visited each day, and saw a moose across the road. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything one could need. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Would definitely return!

Fantastic! Worked great for our family of six, parents and four kids. Loved the location, close to town and RMNP. Bonus was listening to the creek at night. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Check in was a bit “rocky” as we never received a check in code until after we called for assistance and were given the code - maybe a difference in time zones or cell reception??Absolutely LOVED the place! We spent more time at this property than other VRBOs we’ve stayed at just because it was so comfortable! Beautifully decorated and cared for. Everything you could need was there!Loved that we had a garage. View and location was everything we wanted. Will definitely stay again.

The location and setting were perfect for our family with easy access to town and RMNP. The townhouse is equips with almost everything you will need for your trip. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the river and on the deck. We were fortunate to have multiple elk visitors while we were there too. Our only suggestion would be to have some local ground coffee (we arrived late and the first morning we were a little short on supplies) and a couple of laundry pods for guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very close to Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The home was beautiful. Loved sitting outside listening to the river flow & every evening we sat by the cozy fireplace. Will definitely stay again.
