If you are thinking about a trip to Colorado this cabin is a total gem and I HIGHLY recommend! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife and the MANY hummingbirds everyday. We dined on the other deck each night and ended the day of exploring by soaking in the hot tub or relaxing by the firepit with a glass of wine from Snowy Peaks winery (which was also a great place to enjoy a tasting and charcuterie) Mary was extremely helpful with information about the area and her attention to detail is over and above any other VRBO I have stayed in! All the comforts of home and then some! We will definitely stay again if we make it back to Estes to see the Aspens in all their golden glory! Thanks for making our Bucketlist trip amazing! Family Getaway Near Town and RMNP

Great stay for a family of four in Estes Park. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and good location close to town for restaurants and shops, and just a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

A beautiful house, immaculately maintained, with great attention to detail; all amenities of home were available, and the place is well appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay in the cabin. Lots of balconies, decks and sitting areas to enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Fantastic kitchen to enjoy meals at home. Wonderful cabin and great location

We had a great time at the Serenity cabin. Everything was perfect and many little touches that made our stay like being at home. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and RMNP. My son loved the hot tub and watching hummingbirds on the deck!

Amazing vacation at Serenity

Our family of five loved every moment of our time at Serenity in Estes Park. We loved how convenient the location was and were able to walk into town a few times. Fun City was great for my boys! And Estes Brewery was only an 5 minute walk for dinner. Even though we were so close, the cabin seems tucked away from the busyness of town. Mary has organized everything so well and provides all the little necessities you may need while away from home. She answers questions quickly and is ready to give advice in moments! Thanks again from our family in St. Louis.

Amazing Stay

We had a family of 4 (two adults, one 10 year old, and one 14 year old) and my mother (79), and house helped make our multi-generation trip such a wonderful memory! The house was a perfect location - close to town but still felt like you were "in the mountains" with trees and hills surrounding the house. The house really felt like a home and not just a rental property. We've stayed at many rental properties over the years, and this place stands out - it is clearly a property where someone cares about their guests and is not just for income. The house was one of the best stocked places we've ever rented; the kitchen had everything we could think of (often not the case with rentals!). The owner was in constant communication and there were so many details, even down to the hummingbird feeders on the deck with constant hummers zooming by. We had an amazing vacation to RMNP and Estes Park, and this house was a key part of that. Thanks for the memories!

Felt Like Home

I wish that I could give 6 stars for my experience at this comfortable and welcoming cabin. The location is within walking distance of downtown and the tram, and we definitely took advantage of the relaxing outdoor areas. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week, and we enjoyed a few of the games provided as well. I don't have a single suggestion as to how this cabin could have been better, it was a week I will never forget!

Cozy Private Clean Hot Tub

My family of four enjoyed our stay in this comfy cabin. After a long day the hot tub was amazing. Property is clean and the neighbor is close to town but you feel like you are in a private neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect VRBO for Family of 4

Almost immediately when I walked into the cabin, I could tell it was going to be one of the best VRBOs we’d ever stayed in. There were so many “extras” in the cabin that we genuinely didn’t need anything else during our stay. Some of our favorites were: the nespresso pods, hot chocolate packets (the kids were in heaven), the charging station, the trekking poles (a lifesaver on our hikes), the towel warmer, the colored pencils and coloring books, and all the yard games. There were dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. We didn’t need to buy anything.The “big” features were amazing too. The hot tub was incredible. We loved sitting by the fire pit lower in the yard. The hammock chairs were so great to sit and watch the kids play. And there were heated floors in the downstairs bathroom!We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Perfect for our family of four.

Relaxing Cabin Stay

The cabin was beautiful and very well appointed. It’s clear that Mary thought a lot about making sure the house was comfortable and relaxing. The house was very clean and was in a good location. Cozy and Serene Winter Wonderland!

Our trip was absolutely fantastic! Mary made the entire experience seamless with her easy check-in process, clear and thorough communication, and the stunning cabin she provided. The space was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, plus thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes for guests. Each room had a nice TV, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The cabin’s location strikes the perfect balance—close enough for easy access into town, yet tucked away in a serene, peaceful setting. We loved relaxing by the fire, sipping coffee, and watching the deer roam freely in their natural habitat. It was the perfect weekend getaway!

Born and raised in Colorado, I traveled to Estes Park every year and fell in love with it and the mountains surrounding. I was lucky to find and purchase this cabin in 2019. Originally built in 1938 and rebuilt from the studs up in 2007. Old time charm with updated amenities. After having lived in the cabin from 2019-2023, it was time to share this gem with others.
I love to offer this cabin to others; to enhance their vacation experience in Estes Park and RMNP by providing a warm, cozy cabin to come home to after a day in the park. To offer all the amenities of a great stay - hot tub, fire pit, crackling fireplace, and comfortable accommodations. I have been lucky to acquire a cabin close by and continue to love living here. It is my happy place and I’m so glad I can share a little piece of serenity with others.

Serenity cabin is tucked up into Prospect mountain; therefore it has a mountain living feel to it, surrounded by pines and fresh mountain air. There is peace and privacy.
Yet this cabin is walking distance to the town of Estes park. It is close to shops, restaurants, wineries, breweries and distilleries. Attractions like the Aerial Tram, Fun City and Open Air Adventure Park are just minutes away. And the entrance to beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park is just a 5 minute drive.
