The cozy place has beautiful vistas from the living room and a well stocked kitchen. The bedroom on the entry way is a bit small and the master bedroom is very large and spacious. The master bedroom’s mattress is good but not the most comfortable. Overall the stay was wonderful

I chose to stay near the park so we could view the scenery and wildlife. The scenery from Comanche Peak 39 was excellent and the first night we had 79 elk visible from our second floor deck. The park was also fabulous and I can’t say enough about the kind people of Estes Park.

We loved our stay! The property was as described and tastefully decorated. There were beautiful views of the mountains especially at sunset. We saw herds of elk from the deck every evening. Location was within 10 minutes of RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Would stay here again.

Great stay for the new year. Easy access to RMNP and the town was just a short drive. The condo was great and had a beautiful view.

AMAZING PLACE

We were overjoyed with the place and location! Mary’s Lake was in walking distance for my boys and the views were fabulous! Close to everything! Hope to return next year!
