Teepee Mountain 12A is a cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with a beautiful view and everything you need for a perfect stay! Close to everything you want to do yet located in a peaceful and relaxing part of the Estes Valley. Only 4 miles to downtown Estes Park and 4.5 miles to the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Easy access to this condo with only one step up the curb from the parking lot. The inside space is all on one level making it easy to get your luggage inside and start your vacation!
Enter into the kitchen living area. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals or heat up leftovers from one of the amazing Estes Park restaurants.
Relax in the living room and enjoy a movie or walk out onto the deck and take in the amazing view and the fresh mountain air.
This condo has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and ensuite tub shower combo and one with a queen bed. A jack and jill bathroom with a shower opens into the queen bedroom as well as the living area. Both bedrooms have a TV so everyone can watch their favorite shows.
With a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, there is enough space for 6 people.
Pack light and use the stacked washer and dryer located in a closet off of the kitchen to keep everything ready for the next day’s adventure.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. The HOA allows SkyRun guests to use these facilities however, SkyRun has no control over their condition. They may not be maintained to our standards. Please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
What to be aware of:
Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

The property was very clean and well served our needs. The only complaint was our daughter and son in law stayed in the second bedroom and said it could use a new mattress on the bed.

This condo was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend. The beds were very comfortable & the location was convenient to access the entrances to RMNP. Far enough away from too many crowds, but close enough to be at an entrance within 10 minutes. The sunrises on the deck were beautiful.I would strongly suggest putting up room darkening blinds in the master bedroom. If you are from a different time zone like we were, it's difficult to go to sleep with the room so bright. Thanks

12A at Mary's Lake is a great little Condo. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park and close to town.

My experience with the host is ultimately what ruined this stay for me. Thirty days before our stay, our plans changed and I asked if we could shorten our seven-night reservation. She was not willing to make any changes or offer a refund. I did not purchase travel insurance, and I accepted responsibility for that. We ultimately stayed only three nights and paid for all seven.What bothered me most happened when we were leaving. I let the host know that one of our guests had stubbed their toe on an exposed gas line on the deck. I mentioned it because I felt it was both a safety and potential insurance/liability issue that she should be aware of. Within minutes, she called and accused me of bringing it up because I was trying to get a refund. I wasn't, and I found the accusation unnecessary and rude.Because of that experience, I wanted to leave a true and factual review of the condo. It was clean and conveniently located near the park. However, the beds were very uncomfortable, the living room comfortably seats only three adults, the TV could use updating, and there were no drawers or dressers, so we lived out of our suitcases. There is no grill and very little privacy, with units beside and below you.I recommend reading the HOA rules carefully before booking and purchasing travel insurance. Based on my overall experience, I would choose another property.

The property is very nice, has everything you would need, great views of the mountains, and is in a great location. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall worked well. Great view and location. Pool was great for kids. Best to arrive for check in before dark (can be hard to find). Easy quick drive to the national park. A/C was a plus.

Great place!
Comfortable 2 bedroom with a great view! Skyrun takes great care of the entire process with moving in/out. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Estes!

Great Location!
A friend and I were in town for the Estes Park Wool Market and this was such a great location--close enough to the fair grounds, but far enough away we didn't experience the tourist traffic. The condo itself matched the listing, the view was amazing, and the deck was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near Marys Lake
Nice property on a hillside overlooking beautiful meadow where elk graze. Large deck provides optimum viewing opportunities.

We enjoyed Estes Park and RMNP! The property was clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that there was no grill, especially when we noticed grills on most of the other decks. The unit could also use a full length mirror.

The HOA at Mary's Lake does not allow any of the rentals to have grills on their decks due to the extreme fire danger we encounter here in Estes Park. If you saw a grill on another deck, then that condo was not rented out and it is a grill of an individual owner that lives there. Thanks so much!

Good layout and clean. It was not important to us to have two sinks in the en-suite bathroom, but that is a misprint in the description.
