Had a wonderful stay. Lots of wildlife site seeing near the condo. Highly recommend for a family or couples stay.

Great place to stay in Estes Park, close to downtown and RMNP. Only thing that I would change would be to upgrade the couch in the living room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked. If we come back to Estes, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Really beautiful area and host was very responsive and helpful. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, but hosts provided an air mattress upon request and brought it by very quickly! Incredible service and really amazing view. Hot tub was available as well, though we didn’t have the chance to use it. We really enjoyed looking at the stars since there is so little light pollution in the area.

The property provided a relaxing and quiet atmosphere, which was exactly what we wanted. Our condo was clean and homey. Great views as well. Very easy to communicate with host. We would definitely stay again.

great place, accommodations were great. little hot when we got in, but we fired up the AC's and were all good. had some issues with hot tub, making adjustments and getting it to start up. PLC seems a little warn. rooms were nice, place was clean. great service and communication on check in and check out. great location to Estes and national park. would stay again for sure.

Responsiveness from property managers is top notch. What was not top notch, the condition of the property. Renovation is badly needed. The beds were old and uncomfortable. Bedding worn and did not smell clean. Pillows need to be replaced. Pull out couch bed is old and in bad condition. Did not want to sit on couch, dirty/ smelled bad. Bathroom sinks need plumbing attention. Carpeting pretty gross. Condo smelled overall. We had friends also staying in the area at other properties. They paid less and had far better accommodations. For the amount of money we paid, we were disappointed. Staying at this property actually made us think we need to be much more careful in our selection when returning in the future.

Nice quiet location. Well-equipped with many of the basics that either get you through your stay or until you can get to the grocery store.The condo is well insulated and the beds were comfortable. They were soft but not too soft in our opinion. There were a few repairs that needed to be made (bathroom sink stoppers and microwave) but I’d imagine those will be fixed soon. It would be nice to have access to a kitchen broom & dustpan. (hint hint)There were TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom setups were nice. Both with en suite bathrooms.The patio is a large size for a condo with a good amount of seating. Overall, it was a comfortable, spacious, quiet place to stay.

The property was good overall. It could have been a bit cleaner. It is in a great location and is close enough to town to explore and far enough to be able to relax. The host is very easy to work with and we were even able to secure early check-in which made arrival much easier.
