We had a wonderful long weekend at Elondale-beautiful mountain themed house, stunning views, convenient to Rocky Mountain entrances and Estes Park and Lake Estes. Check-in and communication were very easy. The living space had a comfy sofa big enough for 4 people and the kitchen was well appointed. We also enjoyed the hot tub at night and really loved this property overall. My only complaint was the loud road noise while sitting on the porch but we got used to it. We plan to return!

Beautiful home. Great for a large family vacation. Very clean and you can tell this home is loved by the owners. The only negative were the pillows are old and flat and would suggest you bring your own pillows. Otherwise it’s perfect.

This was such an amazing house...beautiful, clean, spaces were good for large groups and quiet times, very tastefully decorated (rustic yet modern), so many extra details were thought of! The mountain views were to die for and just a short drive into Estes Park. We cooked almost all our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The place was what we expected in regards to look, cleanliness, beauty, view etc but the main issue was as we were arriving the owner told us we were not allowed more than nine people just to visit during the day, which is very unusual and through our plans to have a luncheon meeting down the drain. They also stressed us out about parking and there is so much room for parking and nothing to concern us with. So the added stress of being able to relax and keep only 9 people in the house when we planned this lunch meeting months ago, was awful. We had to buy two more houses just to store people during the day. Boo. But yes, if you only have 9 people max at any moment a that's not a concern of yours, the place is great. Could use some more shower towels and tubaware.

Hi Tarah, when you called, you mentioned you would have 12 cars needing to be on the property. This home is a private residence, not an event center. There was no communication ahead of time asking if more than the maximum number of guests could stay, and we only found out about the 12 cars and the large group the morning of your arrival. Larimer County is very strict with short-term rental licenses, and we risk losing ours when these rules are broken. I am honestly surprised by this review given how much I tried to assist you with everything. We have never had a group assume they could rent a private home and bring triple the allowed amount of people.

Perfect Location

Property was very clean and well stocked. Close to RMNP. My family had plenty of room to spread out. Would stay again at this property.

RMNP family vacation

Great space to host the whole family! What a view from the living room and deck. Pictures don’t do it justice. The house is well stocked and clean.

Family meeting family

My children/spouses and four grandchildren traveled from Ohio to Estes Park to meet Colorado family members and check out RMNP. The house worked well for us and eating breakfast every morning while looking at the mountains was just spectacular!

Mountain paradise

Beautiful home with the most magnificent views. All the amenities you need and more. Short drive to town. Hot tub views are incredible and perfect retreat after hiking all day. Feels like you’re in a mountain lodge(because you are). Will definitely be back. Very luxurious mountain vibe.

Amazing Views

My family absolutely loved Eldondale! Gorgeous views and abundance of wildlife. Just a quick 5 min drive on paved roads from town and all of the activities in Estes Park. Only downfall is there is a little bit of road noise during the day. Don't let that steer you away from enjoying the spectacular views from the porch of Eldondale.

Stunning luxurious home with incredible view

The size and location of the home fit a girls weekend getaway perfectly! It had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay immensely! One request I’d make is a mattress topper (even something optional) for all the beds. They were all very firm. The pillows are all fairly flat as well. Other than that, it was the perfect stay and I would love to return!!

Modern rustic with stunning views

Beautiful home with rustic charm. Absolutely stunning views. All the accommodations you would ever need. Brand new home. Super clean, and just perfect. Close to town. Morning coffee in the hot tub with spectacular views is how I loved starting every day. Owner and management have great communication at all times.
