Enjoy sitting on your front porch rocker looking over the Big Thompson River and breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and Longs peak.

We had a wonderful experience here. Our family rented out both sides of the duplex and it worked out great for our family reunion. Plenty of space for all of us to gather comfortably, and yet have areas for people to have their own space and quiet time.The kitchens were well equipped and had nice appliances. The beds, linens, furniture and decor were all very nice. There were plenty of linens and towels. The on-site washer and dryer make it easy to do laundry when needed.There were a ton of activities on site and close by which was awesome because we had ages 5 to 89. We appreciated the available puzzles and games since we had afternoon and evening thunderstorms several days. The horseshoes, cornhole, swings and hammocks were great for enjoying the outdoor wildlife and views.The wildlife and views are fantastic. We had lots of visitors including deer & elk (w/ babies), pica, marmot, squirrel, chipmunks and many types of beautiful birds. There were a bunch of hummingbirds at the feeders which we also really enjoyed watching.

Our stay was wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better. Easy access to RMNP & town. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Great property within walking distance to Estes Park and driving distance to Rocky Mountain national Park. Worked well for our family trip and the outdoor space made for a lot of fun for the kids and adults!

We had a great time, very comfortable for a family of 7. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The kids loved it!

Great visit!
We had a great time in Estes Park. The house was fantastic. Wonderful location, beautiful views, spacious, great for cooking. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing Views AND Exceptional Location
My husband and I had an incredible stay here. I can’t say enough about how perfect the view was. The location was perfect for RMNP entrance and downtown was just steps away.

The cabin was clean. Carpets could have been cleaner. The sofas were not comfortable at all. The chairs around table weren’t comfortable and one broke while we were there. The views were beautiful. Overall had a great stay. Could have been more comfortable in evenings when trying to play games.

We always have a great time and the property is amazing.
We saw huge herds of elk right outside our windows which the girls loved. The home is comfortable and cozy even in cold, windy weather.

So glad you enjoyed your stay again! We love our repeat guests! Did you like how I arranged for the elk to come just for you? :) Seriously, many elk walk right down the driveway most days to drink below us in the Big Thompson River. Sometimes you see more wildlife sitting on our big timber deck than in Rocky Mountain National Park! Please continue to make our cabin your home away from home!

Beautiful home, perfect location
We recently stayed at this property and it was perfect! Very clean, beautiful home that was in the perfect location. We were within walking distance to shops & restaurants and close to RMNP. The view from the deck was amazing! The owners were wonderful to work with too! We will definitely stay here again.

We are blessed to have an wonderful and detail oriented cleaning lady. My husband and I work hard to make our cabins better and better by updating and putting new things in every few months.
