The kitchen had all the necessities needed to allow me to cook a complete meal for a couple of my business associates.I would highly recommend this property and Bruce as a host to anyone looking to stay in the Buffalo area.

What a gem! We are from Elma, but needed a place to stay for 2 nights because we were having work done on our home. With the Bills having their home opener at the same time, there were no available hotel rooms in all of WNY. This apartment was perfect. Bruce made for an easy check in and even checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking. The place is immaculate and had everything we needed. A bonus was the Aqua Barista machine there. A dispenser for hot and cold spring water, with a kcup machine built in! Being that we are from Elma, we know how accessible it is to all of WNY. We will definitely recommend it to anyone from out of town needing a place to stay!

An Excellent stay in Elma

We loved staying in this is cozy apartment. There is enough room for 3 people- 4 if they don’t mind sleeping on the couch. Everything was done with care and thoughtfulness. We plan on staying again on our next trip to Elma.

Very pleasant stay

Communication with the host was easy, he was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Check in was a breeze, the host provided me with the code and I didn't need to bother him upon arrival to access the property. The apartment is freshly refurbished and very nice. The property is in a location that was convenient to all the events and people that I was interested in seeing. This will definitely be a property that I will use again on future trips to Buffalo.

Vacation rental

The apartment that we stayed at was very nice. The owner, Bruce Griffin is a very friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. I enjoyed sitting on deck and listening to the tree and bull frogs in the evening. Worked out great for us since we were attending my 50th high school reunion for Iroquois Central High School. Will defiantly rent it next year for my wifes 50th.

We could not have been happier with the room as well as the service that we received from our host! This was our first VRBO experience, and there was a lot at stake since it was my oldest son's wedding nearby, plus I was showing my fiance Western New York for the first time. Staying in such a nice place helped give her a positive impression the place that I loved and previously lived at for 20 years! The apartment had every amenity you could wish for, and every detail had been taken care of. We will be repeat guests at this wonderful property!
