One bedroom with a queen bed, climb up the ladder to the loft with another queen bed, and two twin cots. You've got a full kitchen, outdoor gas grill, large porch, family room with an Apple TV, internet, full bathroom which includes an Incinerating toilet* and shower.
you have access to a private pond for swimming and incredible fishing, onsite you have access to a canoe and rowboat.
from the property you can get on your bike or strap on cross country skis and you've got miles of road.

We love that Wells feels both remote, yet close to a lot of our favorite places in the area (30-45 minutes from Manchester, Killington, Lake George and Middlebury). We buy our food from local farms or grow our own. We are 2 miles down a dirt road. It is peaceful, quiet and beautiful.

Our property has a large swimming and fishing pond. We love enjoying coffee on our dock listening to the birds and the frogs. Outside our door is a class 4 road great for hiking, biking, and cross country skiing. Our property is 70 acres and you are welcome to explore.
