The guest was helpful in communicating and left the cabin in good shape. The city had been doing some water main flushing, which is what we think made the water pressure drop. We appreciate the time Lus took to keep us informed.

Thank you for this feedback. I really wish you had communicated these issues during your stay. I could have helped troubleshoot the hot tub, and could have addressed most of your other concerns during your stay. Our deck is structurally sound, has been inspected, and even reinforced with extra bracing so “collapse” is not a concern. Towels and washcloths are provided according to the number of guests (unfortunately when I supply extra, they get stolen). There are hangers and storage shelving in the bedroom closests; the rooms are not large enough for dressers. There is no barbed wire on the property, but grapes do need trellis lines for the vines to grow along. The rows of grapes are growing on terraces, as the property is on a steep hillside (which is what gives it the incredible view). It’s not a commercial scale vineyard with a manicured lawn so I do not recommend letting children play in the vineyard as the terraces are steep and the trellis lines can be hard to see. However, the rest of the property has plenty of open space to play and explore. I’m sorry you had a negative experience. Next time try reaching out to your host with your concerns. We are here to help ensure you have a great stay and will do everything we can to resolve issues for you in real time.
