House is very well represented by the listing. It is a well built custom home that’s been taken care of well. Plenty of space in and out and the creek is really right off the back deck and it is perfect!A ton of pots and pans but many of them are a bit worn so beware if precision is necessary for what you’re cooking. Also, bring extra paper towels and hand/dish soap/dishwashing powder if you are staying more than a day or two.

It was open floor plan and absolutely wonderful space for me and husband plus service animal. Had a good stay. I loved how roomy and big the place is.... I loved how our service dog could run free by the creek and play in the back yard. Its country by the creek for me. I would absolutely rent that cabin for the price it was great. Loved it. Had zero issues. They even brought me brand new pots and pans. Very proactive the entire time. Great people. I enjoyed our stay.

This was one of the easiest process. My family have been coming to the Gatlinburg area for almost 40 years. I have stayed all over the area. This is one of the best places for our family. It was quiet and tranquil. A great place to unplug from the world.

Great Spacious Cabin and Gorgeous Views!

The cabin was clean and spacious. The view of the creek and the mountains were amazing! Will definitely stay there again!

Great Getaway

Fabulous view. Close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle

Found this place because our previous one stopped allowing dogs. Glad we did because it was almost perfect. The beds were a bit rough lol, but it is what it is :) The communication prior to was excellent, the check in was seamless, they touched base often to ensure my needs were met, place was as advertised and the check out was just as seamless. Would totally recommend.

Just what we needed!

We had such a great time! The sound of the river and the peaceful setting was amazing! Each night at sunset the mountain across the river lights up in red and it’s magical! We had all ages in our group and everyone was happy! Thanks for sharing!

There was no hot water in the sink in the kitchen, the arcade games didn’t function, all three beds were hard and uncomfortable, the jacuzzi could have been cleaned better, there was mold on the bathroom doors and pillows in the closets and the yard is an absolute wreck. Not impressed with this cabin worst one I’ve been to yet!

90's mom kitsch at it's finest! The whole decor was giving off 90's mom vibes and I was loving it! There was TONS of storage in the kitchen (which always seems to be a problem). Plenty of space to cook. The creek just steps away from the back door was great. My teenage son enjoyed the game room. It is far away from things, but we knew this beforehand because we looked at the map. Plenty of pretty places to drive to. There were some maintenance issues I spoke to management about and they said they planned on addressing them, so I hope they do! We enjoyed our stay.

Creek View Porch Excellent

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin!! We explored Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge and traveled to Maryville for a visit with family friends. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. I gave our stay a 3 rating because the cabin could have been cleaner ( cobwebs everywhere) and we had a huge roach & ant problem. They sent a bug service out to spray but it didn't do any good. Other than that we had fun!

Everything was good but couldn’t get refrigerator to dispense ice. After several attempts was able to push button on icemaker enough to remove ice bin to dump ice out of it Didn’t contact host since we weren’t gonna be there but a couple of more days. I’m in a wheelchair so was glad the doors were wide enough.

Stay somewhere else

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin actually has three bedrooms, not two. It is located in a densely populated area and surrounded by a shabby town. There are other cabins on either side and there isn’t much of a yard. You will have zero privacy. There are no hiking trails or places to jog nearby. The cabin was clean except for the mattresses and pillows. They were stained and looked worn out and dirty. The oven doesn’t work properly. The fire pit is nice except there is no seating around it.

It was a pretty clean house with all the necessities a family could need. It is an older home that showed some wear, but overall I was pleased for how big it was and being able to walk right into the stream. If you love to sit by streams and listen to the water this is the perfect place! I took my hammock and could sit on that deck for days.

Overall had a wonderful stay. There really is no fishing but the creek was nice. Biggest issue was hot water. Not always there when you need it. Some of the outlets didn't work and 2 of the TVs didn't work (game room and one of the bedrooms). Fan didn't work in the master. Jets didn't work in the tub. Had plenty of cookware and dishes. Enjoyed the hot tub and the deck where we spent most of our time.

House was very large, hot tub was nice. Enjoyed shooting pool and playing the one video game (the shooting game was not working). Beds are pretty hard although have foam on bed in master room and that did help some. Bathtub in master bath is missing the rubber ring around stopper so does not hold water well and I do not think the jets work in bathtub but you have the hot tub outside so I did not think that was a big deal. Nice having the big deck and deck overlooking the beautiful creek with steps going down to the creek. For some reason we could not ever get the water in the kitchen to get hot. They only had one extra blanket for the whole house and we needed more because the beds only had sheet and thin comforter. Lots of space to put your groceries and lots of dishes, pans, and cooking utensils. Were a little short on eating forks, think there were only like 6.

Reviewer Comments: We did the hassle free check-in but never received our check in email. Upon arriving at Aunt Bugs office the staff seemed confused. We finally received check in information and directions to the cabin at which point the office staff said it would be a 20 minute drive. It ended up being a 50-60 minute drive from the Aunt Bugs office. (Not a great surprise)

Heavenly Creekside

Very nice cabin, truly creekside, easy access. I was disappointed the gas log f/p was not activated but I am sure this was due to the warm weather. Master bath had a damp musty odor. The commode was leaking and had been for a while judging from the iron rust stain on the floor. Towel ring was dangling from the wall. The shower was leaking as well. I think these 2 leaks were causing the musty odor. But still a great place to stay; just to be able to sit by the creek and relax was wonderful.

They were kind but if you want private this is not it, also a blind or something by the hottub would have been nice just to get a little more privacy.the cabin is very hard to find dont rely on gps! I had to call! Other than that it was fabulous!
