The condo is exactly as described. It is within walking distance to great restaurants & shopping. The view from the balcony is our favorite place to enjoy the sunsets

Beach ball property San Carlos 1506

We had a terrific stay. Condo was modern and updated. It was very clean in and outside the condo. The whole building and surrounding grounds were very well maintained. The condo itself was very spacious , accommodating and in a great location for walking to entertainment and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Beachball properties for a great vacation!

When I read past reviews I was pretty impressed . However my impression changed when we got in the condo. It needed a lot of care, maybe even a complete redo, looked like the owners did a nice job originally but we’re now milking the unit to get their money back. Light fixtures missing. Beat up baseboards, dirty tile grout etc. did not seem very appealing. Sorry, but glad we only had a three night stay.

Beach Getaway

Our stay was fantastic! The property was exactly as it was described and shown in the pictures! The weather was beautiful, and we enjoyed the view and sounds of the beach from the balcony! Would absolutely come back in the future!!

Great Condo with Ocean View

Spring Break 2025 did not disappoint! Location was great and the condo was perfect for our 2 families. Each group had their own bathroom which made life easy. The balcony was so comfortable for all of us to lounge to watch the waves.

We had a great trip. The condo was spacious and well laid out for our entire family. There were lots of things to see and do within waking distance of San Carlos. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. We will be back in the future.

The host was very quick with responses. A couple of minor things, the ice maker didn't work, but there's an ice machine that sells big bags of ice in the garage, so we made do. The microwave didn't work, that was a bit more of a pain, but in the grand scheme of things it did not keep us from having an amazing time! We had an experience there, where the manager, Dan (now known to us as 'Dan the Man) did an amazing job maintaining the high quality of service, and no-nonsense approach to ensuring the guests there are well looked out for in the perspective of security. Make no mistake, they take their roles of protecting their guests very seriously, and professionally. Earned our respect straight away! We have already recommended this place to our friends and family. We plan to return as well! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Wonderful property!

We loved this property, all we needed and so convenient to the beach. Easy to get to restaurants also. Only thing our family would suggest to future guests. We rented umbrellas and chairs from the company suggested by the rental company, however chairs and umbrellas can be rented by a company at the condo for close to the same cost. Plus, they put them up and take them down for you. No extra sand mess each night when you get ready to leave the beach.

San Carlos 1506

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful unit to rent. Everything is clean and all you have to bring is your clothes! Lots of utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc... The property manager is always quick to respond to your needs if any!

Wonderful Condo. Just like described. Check in was a little bit of a hassle. Was sent an incorrect code. It took 30-45 minutes to get a hold of someone to get a correct code. Beyond that, it was a wonderful stay. Communication was very clear. Definitely recommend.

Had a good time at the beach and the condo was nice. The only problem was the Management company allowed renovations to wake us up each morning to hammering several units away. We wanted to sleep until 8 and never got to due to the work being done prior to 8. Would have rated higher if it was not for this. Do the work 10-6 or at least a little later to allow for groups to sleep in if they desire.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rented this unit through a different agency and was a seamless transfer to Simpson Property Group with no hiccups.... We absolutely love this condo and unit, close to many amenities and of course on the beach. Very well managed and clean condo.... We will be back next year and years to come! When we needed something for the unit, Simpson Property immediately, same morning! Very satisfied....
