The parking was easy, elevators fairly fast, room was clean with a beautiful view and the host was very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Cort was a great host, the condo was exactly as pictured, everything was very clean and looks even bigger than in the pictures. The views from this condo were breathtaking, and check in was super easy - they even had the property ready and cleaned early. All in all, great stay and will be coming back.

Clean, perfect view! Our group loved it! They only had one elevator working but it wasn’t that bad of a wait considering. Will stay here again!

Great little get away

The location and view was awesome. Main bedroom sheets were dirty and had hair on sheets from previous visitors. Sheets should have been changed out or at the very least been washed properly. Great view from balcony and bedroom. Can’t beat waking up to pristine water and weather.

Thuyet and I had a great phone conversation about his stay after he checked out. After his review I discovered the sheets were in fact changed out but the employee handling the cleaning did not wear their hair net on this cleaning. As a result some hair was left behind on the bed as they were working. We have retrained the staff and they understand WHY we have the policies we have in place for our staff to ensure we leave a clean comfortable space for our guest. My personal cell phone number is posted in each condo for guest to contact me direct anytime we have an issue in their rental unit. We know we aren't perfect, but rest assured if and when we fall short we will take action to address your concerns during your stay. Thuyet and his family will be staying again soon and we will get the opportunity to impress them above the 5 star review he still gave us!

Family trip

Pur trip was great, beautiful views, condo was spacious. The bed was the only issues. We got the handicap condo for my mother and it said the bed was adjustable for head and feet which she needed. As she cant lay flat because of health issues, But we managed. Elevator was fast and everyone was friendly. We loved that they worked with us and let us check out later and even texted and said it was ready earlier then chekin time. Would stay again. Would recommend. Thanks so much..

The room was very clean the only thing we noticed was that the sliding glass doors and windows in the master bedroom hadn’t been cleaned. The second bathroom we could not get hot water in the sink and it splashes everywhere. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed plenty of dinnerware, silverware pots and pans etc. the beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have rugs at the sliding glass doors coming in from the balcony but we went and bought one and left it. We would definitely rent this unit again.
