Serenity Shores beckons you to a paradisiacal Gulf-front retreat. This 3BR, 3BA condo, accommodating 10 guests, seamlessly blends luxury and coastal charm. The open living area is adorned with Gulf views, leading to a private balcony where the sounds of the waves create a soothing soundtrack.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and savor them in the dining area with Gulf vistas. Each bedroom is a sanctuary, and the master suite, with its own balcony access, offers a tranquil escape.

The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The only issue we had was that the bedrooms at night got very warm when you closed the doors, even though the thermostat was turned down. Overall it was a great rental and would probably stay there again. There was an issue with the elevators which made it interesting sometimes to get to the 17th floor, which wasn't the condo owners issue.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The beach view alone made the trip unforgettable—it was truly everything we hoped for. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was set up. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free beach escape!

Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was not the cleanest we had ever stayed in. The King master suite bathroom shower had very little pressure. The water in the whole unit had an odor. The AC unit was condensing so the ceiling was leaking. We reported this to Blue Swell. They did send someone up right away. He took pictures but the issue was never addressed so we had bowls sitting around collecting the water. It had clearly leaked before as the ceiling was discolored. There was only one elevator working which made the wait time very long most of the time. Refrigerator did not keep food cold or frozen. Microwave did not work all the time. King master bedroom was very warm as it got the least amount of AC. We had the fans blowing in there the whole time. Dryer did not dry clothes or towels completely. Watercrest seemed to be more of retirement community than a place for vacationers.

While we appreciate you letting us know that maintenance responded promptly when you reported the ceiling leak, we’re very sorry that the underlying issue was not resolved and that you were left having to place bowls around the unit to collect water. That should not have been the case. We’re also concerned by the other maintenance issues you encountered, including the refrigerator and microwave, AC performance, dryer, shower pressure, and water odor. We understand how disruptive it is to deal with multiple issues throughout a vacation, particularly when some of them affect basic necessities like food storage, cooling, and laundry. We apologize as well for the cleanliness concerns and the extended elevator wait times. While elevator availability and the overall atmosphere of the resort are outside the individual unit, we understand that they still affected your overall experience. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and regret that we were not able to provide the comfortable and trouble-free stay you deserved.

Family Fun 😁

We had a great time. Over all the condo was really nice had a couple of issues but they were taking care of. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful. The location was very nice and quiet.

Beautiful Condo on the Gulf

We had a great time. The water is beautiful and no long waits for an elevator. It was tastefully decorated. The communication with Blue Swell was the best of any condo we have rented. Thank you so much.

Beautiful home away from home

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family! We had cooler weather so we enjoyed the games in the room. The room also has everything you could need for the beach. Chairs, coolers, sand toys and so much more! Such amazing views from the master and baloney. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Beautiful Views of the Gulf of America

Perfect Stay

Thank you for sharing your condo with us, it was absolutely perfect. Our lives are so busy but there was no way we couldn't relax here. The bunk beds was wonderful for the kids and the 2 master suites was amazing as well. The balcony view amazing. The closet filled with beach toys, chairs and umbrella a great surprise. The kitchen had everything you could think of and the place was very very clean. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you

We arrived during a building update. We had no use of the balcony for 5 weeks. All balcony railings were being replaced and building painted. The 17th floor balcony was where all the scaffolding rigging was installed. We had many days of workers coming in and out of the unit while we were in there. We rented through Blue Swell and the lady in the office wasn't very helpful and when I ask to rebook for next year she just said the owner would be in it at some point during the time we requested. She didn't offer to say when so we could work around it so for next year we booked same building different rental agent. We never did get patio furniture brought back up and was told by HOA inspection team that we needed to inquire with the rental agent. We decided to just take bar stools out to sit instead of going to the rental agent office

Beach Wknd

Amazing views and easy access to the beach! Good communication with property manager. Some issues with the appliances.. dishwasher not cleaning the dishes well at all and finding dirty dishes in the cabinets and fridge not being able to keep up to keep things cold. Additionally, AC was out for 24hrs+ and required multiple repair visits to try to bandaid the problem. A 5% discount was provided for our discomfort but price we paid was too much for a condo with such outdated appliances and AC unit and all the issues that came with that.

Perfect condo for families

This condo is perfectly set up for families. While it was just me and my husband traveling this time, we appreciated how the owners have thought of things to have available such as toys for kids, well stocked kitchen, etc. The only issues we had were not related to the condo itself.1- When we arrived, the AC was not running and the condo was 84 degrees! Took all night to get cooled down. 2- The parking pass program needs major work! We were familiar with the way the program worked because we had stayed at Watercrest earlier in May. Long story short, we were erroneously given a parking violation which security tore up after we provided proof of our purchase. We were not the only ones this happened to! Owners really need to get this program fixed or it may cost them with return rentals. I heard several ppl say they would not be back because of this alone! While I appreciate the property being patrolled, security seems over zealous to hand out these violations.

Great Space to Relax & Unwind

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a fantastic place for all of us to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together as friends. With 5 of us, the 2 master bedrooms and bunk room made it feel like we all had our own private oasis. Having 3 bathrooms was also great. The condo was decorated very nicely and had lots of space to spread out. Although I understand why some condos don’t do spices, tea, coffee, coffee filters, etc. it would be nice to have some of these basic “extras” so that people don’t have to buy them every time. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils & such. We ran into some cleaning issues (dust and dirt build up in areas that just need to be cleaned better over time), but all in all it didn’t bug us enough to make a big deal out of it. Everything else seemed very clean and well kept. On our final day / evening at the condo we had a massive rain storm come through which caused a leak under the bedroom window, but we made contact with Blue Swell the next morning to have maintenance look into it once we had left. Another suggestion to the owners / management group is to check batteries in remotes more frequently. We had to replace batteries in a few remotes, and by the end of the vacation nearly all of them were dead (again, not a major issue and only a small inconvenience that didn’t ruin the trip or anything). Blue Swell did an amazing job at keeping in touch with us, wishing us a safe trip down to Florida and again the morning that we left wishing us a safe trip home. We will definitely be back next year!

Great beach access and the unit was laid out very well. I have stayed at this location before and was happy then as well. The grounds and commons areas were clean and well maintained. I would stay again.
