Quiet neighborhood! The layout of the house is roomy & great for couples or families. Location to the beach is great & the inground swimming pool was clean! Overall, very happy with our stay! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was cold when we first arrived but I texted Patrick and he had the heat turned up within minutes!The location was perfect for us being a quiet street and beach access so close.

This was a third time staying in this home and will not be our last! It’s a great location, steps from the beach, great pool, very clean and fully stocked with everything you need! We loved having the games and puzzles during the rain!

Patrick was the best host to date. Property was ready early and check in was seamless. Best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had available. Walk to beach was convenient and the Alibi always has great food and drinks. We will rent again and appreciated them letting us bring our 4-legged family members! Can’t recommend this place/people enuff.

It was a good property but needs some updates. It is close to the beach (it uses Sunny beach access). Beach was uncrowded during our stay. Highly recommend Anthony’s beach service for chair and umbrella rentals - he is awesome. Pool is very nice but beware that there is no shade in or around the pool and no umbrellas were available. Lots of chairs and loungers were available around the pool. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The balcony is nice but there were no cushions available for the chairs. It is in a great location - away from crowds but close to restaurants and activities.

Loved this place…it’s not the newest house in Panama City Beach…but it has all we needed..most well stocked kitchen of any vbro I have stayed…the pool was fabulous only negative I could say was heater went out the day we were arriving but was fixed that same day…the front deck could use a little work but we don’t expect perfect .. it is a great stay for the price.. area was nice and easy to get to beach!,I hope to stay again soon !I talked back and forth several times and he was helpful .

We absolutely loved this house and the location! It’s super close to the beach access, even closer than the pictures look online. The owner was east to get in touch with and so quick to respond to my questions when we first checked in. I would definitely recommend this house to families and anyone traveling with animals. Our dog loved the balcony and house layout.

We had a great stay at the property. Very clean and had everything we needed, from kitchen items to pool games and toys for kids. Having our own pool was a great option as ocean was rough for couple of days. Super short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all with no big hotels in the area. Lots of options to eat and shop close by. Definitely would recommend this property especially to families with kids and planning to come back.

We booked this property late notice after a change in our vavation plans, and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was very clean, very kid friendly, and was a very short walk away from the beach. The house was exactly as listed when we arrived, with plenty of provided amenities to cook and clean while we were there. We'll look to Patrick again during our next vacation planning!

PERFECT!!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this property! It’s the best of both worlds being such a short, easy walk to the beach as well as having the private pool! Kitchen was well equipped with way more than we expected for us to enjoy staying in & cooking at the house. Quiet neighborhood, beach & pool necessities there & available, more than plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Perfect location , space, amenities

We were looking for the perfect place to take both of our 80-year-old mothers for their 80th birthday along with our 11-year-old twins and a large 45 pound golden doodle. We wanted something with a private pool so that our mothers didn’t have to walk to the beach every day to enjoy the water however, when they wanted to, it was only a few easy steps to get them there, but our entire family really enjoyed the pool all of the bedrooms where we were able to get away and go to our own space the kitchen and all its amenities allowed us to cook breakfast every morning and have lunch at the home so we were able to save money on diving out The parking was great. It allowed for vehicles which we didn’t need all four spaces but it was nice and roomy. The washer and dryer was brand new and allowed us to pack light. Everything we needed was in the home.

OMG. Paradise!!! This was our first vacay in 2 years (thank you, new baby lol). This was exactly what we needed. Perfect for families. Our little one had a blast staying in the bunk bedroom. The private pool was cherry on top, we will never vacation another way. We enjoyed takeout on the porch every night with the breeze from the gulf keeping us cool.Patrick was very responsive, always responding within a couple of minutes. The home was seriously less than 90 steps from the beach which was perfect for quick bathroom trips from the beach. Home was clean and had everything we'd need. Also pet friendly if you're bringing your fur baby.We cannot wait to stay here again!

Very reasonable house for a family of 6. Your feet are touching sand in a minute walk. The ability to find a good spot through the public access walk was easy and not overrun by the condos nearby. The pool was quite warm at peak of day but was refreshing in the evenings. We did wish there was a hose near the entrance door to house rather than having to go back in the pool area to get sand off yourself. Kitchen had everything you needed to make simple meals. The bunk room was fantastic for kids and they loved all being in there. The other bedrooms seemed spacious to us. Beds were comfortable and everyone felt they got great rest. So glad they had the black-out curtains to help with managing afternoon heat wave and not overworking the AC units. Grocery stores were not a far drive nor was the adult beverage stores. Shopping was convenient to PCB proper with about a 20min drive due to speed limit districts. Family adventure centers and water parks are about the same drive distance. Recommend bringing your own beach items or use the vendors the house recommends as there is limited items at the home. Parking at the house was decent for midsize SUV or minivan however a large SUV or truck would take up 2 of the 4 spaces.
