Beautiful beachfront condo-AMAZING Sunset Views! 2 FREE VIP beach chairs.

Our large Pelican Walk condo comes with two free beach chairs seasonally March thru October. The condo has 1650 square feet of indoor space and 300 sq feet of balcony. It has three large bedrooms and 2 full baths including a walk in shower and a tub/shower combo. The extra large corner balcony on the 8th floor has amazing sunset views year round without obstructions. The balcony is the favorite spot of many of our guests. Pelican Walk is beautifully landscaped with two pools, one is heated seasonally, and a hot tub. The complex is pet friendly (under 20#). We are located on the preferred quieter east end of PCB which is close to St. Andrews Park on Thomas Dr. We have many returning visitors each year and enjoy sharing our condo with our guests!

Had a great time. The property is one of the best if not the best we have stayed in. Been to Pelican Walk a few times and this one is a must. Linda the property manager is awesome and very helpful. Our family would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again.

We tend to “go all out” when we vacation and stay at nice places. This place was no exception and we will try hard to come stay here again. One of the best beach views from the condo and balcony that I have seen. Very clean and comfortable rooms and beds. It had everything we could possibly need in the room which was very nice. The owner reached out to make sure we had all the info we needed. I have zero complaints and can not recommend this condo enough. We will be back.

Balcony provided beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Spacious condo with large bedrooms, especially the master. Also close to many restaurants and activities. Property manager was very sweet and responsive to any questions. We had an AWESOME stay!

Amazing vacation stay for my family of 6 including my elderly parents. We could not have chosen a better property! This outstanding beachfront location had wonderful views from the master BR, dining room, and giant balcony. This home was very nice with modern updates and well kept. The amenities for resort and convenient access to the beach and pool areas were also a bonus. Linda was very kind, accommodating and quick to respond with continuous communication. I will definitely plan another visit!

Family vacation

We loved our stay at this property. The communication with the owner was top notch and always quick. This condo was by far the best one we’ve ever stayed in and exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped with everything we could possibly need and then some. The location of this condo was perfect for us. Quiet and plenty of parking plus pet friendly. We will definitely be back. We were a family of 6 that consisted of myself, my husband, 3 kids ages 20-12, my mom, and our 20lb Laso Apsa/Shih Tzu mix.

Amazing Beach Getaway

We loved everything about this beautiful condo! Each room was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach toys for us to use and a wonderful balcony for us to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Elevators were quick, parking was plentiful and the courts were nice.Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

This is a very clean, spacious and well arranged property with an amazing balcony view of the Gulf. Comfy beds and all the amenities of a beachfront location. We so enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

I have lived in Panama City Beach since 1991. We bought our condo years ago as a second home and vacation get-a-way for our family and friends. We are now enjoying sharing it with guests from many states and Canada who want a beach get-away with family and friends.

We looked at many many condos on the beach before choosing Pelican Walk. We liked the smaller complex with less crowds and traffic. Our condo is closer to the Gulf than some and offers outstanding sunset views over the Gulf without obstructions.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Master Bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and family room all have beach views. The large balcony has one of the best water and sunset views in the area.
