Impeccable 18th Floor Oceanfront Condo at North Beach Resort - $300 FREE Activities Daily

We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the condo, found it accurately described, and appreciated our responsiveness throughout your stay. We certainly understand your frustration with the resort's construction activity and its impact on your experience. Unfortunately, the resort began portions of this project earlier than the schedule originally communicated to us, and we were not notified of these changes until your stay was nearly over. As the project, pool availability, elevator operations, and associated noise are managed entirely by the resort, these circumstances were outside our control. We cannot notify guests of changes that have not been communicated to us. Despite having no control over the work or its timing, we proactively provided a discount as a gesture of goodwill in recognition of the inconvenience. While we understand your disappointment, we hope future guests recognize the distinction between resort-managed maintenance and the condition, quality, and management of the privately owned condo, which you acknowledged were all positive.

We’re sorry to hear your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. We wish you’d reached out while here — as we note in all communications, we’ll promptly deliver any missing items or address any concerns during your visit. Mattress comfort is subjective, but no other guests have reported issues. Communication during a stay allows us to help in real time, which is always our goal.
