You will feel at home in this cozy but spacious one bedroom, one bath, ground floor condo. It is furnished and equipped with all the amenities of home. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full size stove and refrigerator, drip coffee maker, keurig, rice maker, pots, pans and dishes.The bedroom mattress is a comfortable Queen Size Simmons Beauty Rest. The bathroom includes a shower and full size tub and hair dryer. We just purchased a new living room couch with pull out queen bed and memory foam mattress. The condo has two TVs. One in the living room and another in the bedroom.

This is such a lovely condo. It is so close to the beach and there is everything you might need in the closet. The kitchen is well-stocked. The bed is very comfortable and there is a nice patio to sit on. The owner, Mary is very sweet and quick to respond kindly to any questions.

This place is great! Super close to the beach, awesome pool & laundry was super close. Lots of towels which was nice. Beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. A/C was perfect. Slept great on that bed. This is a place to come back to! Thank you for the stay.

Great location! We’ve stayed in this place before and always appreciated the support of the owner if there was ever a question or problem. It is Central so the beach is a four minute walk with ample shopping, including grocery nearby, you can walk to it.

Great location

Very convenient location. Close to many Kihei musts like Miso Phat for sushi and surf rentals. Comfy beds, very clean.

This is a very nice apartment that is well located. The pool area is nice and several lovely beaches - including a few lifeguarded ones - are within a few minutes drive. The apartment itself is well appointed with plenty of good cooking equipment. The books, beach toys, and boogie board were all very much appreciated.

Excellent location.

Excellent location. Close to many beaches and stores. The condo was clean and just right size kitchen with all one needs during vacation. Car is a must to visit other close by beaches and attractions.

Fine place to stay

The location is great is easy access to restaurants and shopping. The beach, ideal for walking, is a 2-3 minute walk. The condo is first floor and private veranda due to the corner location. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Lipoa St Location

Perfect location. Good amenities with snorkel gear and beach chairs. Neat and clean condo with beautiful grounds. Pool and jacuzzi were great in the evenings. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed the condo and it’s location. The place had everything we needed and finding the beach chairs was a great bonus. Right across the street to the beach!

Wonderful place to stay.

This is a beautiful, quiet place to stay. I highly recommend renting this place. There is a beach just a couple minutes walk from the front door. The grounds are well kept with amazing plants and trees. Mary is a very thoughtful host and the condo is well stocked with amenities.

Perfect location! Comfortable condo with everything close by!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the help and tips from the owners! The condo was clean, has a great pool area and is in a great location! We would love return here and will recommend it to family and friends for sure! Aloha!

Great Location

Great Location for a trip to Maui. Staying in Kihei was much better than staying in western Maui because of the traffic and proximity to the whole island. This location in particular was great because it is right next to a dozen restaurants, food trucks, a grocery store, and the beach. We spent our honeymoon here and had a great time!

Wonderful

Good location, close to all amenities, and a 20 minute drive to various parts of the island. Host provided great instructions, locating the property was easy and no issues during our week long stay.

Love this place!

this is the second time we’ve stayed here and we always feel right at home. Steps to the beach and near one of our favorite shaved ice places! Also nearby restaurants. Can’t beat the location. This place has everything you’ll need - chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, small cooler. We’re looking forward to coming back!

I love my home in the Pacific Northwest where I hike, ski, cycle and enjoy my children and grandchildren. My favorite place to be when not in Seattle is Maui, where I enjoy the marvelous weather, the ocean activities and beautiful sights of the island.

This property is delightful. It is a quiet, lovely complex and the unit is just 300 feet from the beach. A beautiful sunset beach, by the way! It is close to shops, restaurants and great snorkeling beaches. If you want to get away from the busy and crowded tourist areas on Maui, Kihei is definitely the place to stay. It has beautiful beaches and is a quieter part of Maui, but still within driving distance to many of Maui's tourist attractions.

You will be 300 feet from a quiet and beautiful Maui Beach in a beautifully landscaped complex. While on a quiet street you will be just one block away from restaurants, shopping, hair and nail salons, a large super market and drug store, a fitness center and much more. Sunsets from our local beach are some of the most beautiful on the island.
