Wonderful place! Easy beach access from the Wanna Wanna Bar and grill. Great location with easy access to shopping and dining. Very happy with our stay here :)

The perfect getaway

We had the best time ever in SPI. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay on SPI.

The light didn't work in the kitchen nor the lamp in the second bedroom. The closet door was off it's hinges in the second bedroom. None of this detracts from the 5 star rating. Would come again.

We loved how close the property is to the beach and the central location on the island. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The pool/common are was nice and it was great to have an assigned parking space. Honestly, my only complaint is that the bedding really needs some updates. From the pillow cases to sheets to blanket/comforter none of them were matching as if from a set and could tell they are very old and worn. Throw pillows and decor are very dated. These things are inexpensive to replace/update to give the place a more inviting stay. Otherwise, I’d definitely stay again I’d just bring my own linens.

Great Location!

Property was exactly as listed and everything was in great condition. It's location to beach access is unbeatable for the price point, there is a designated parking spot, all the appliances you could need, plenty of space, and is overall a gem. Our family had a wonderful vacation!

We had trouble locking the door, the top lock would not work. I called Boris to inform him about the situation, and he imformed me someone would be their the next day, no one ever showed up, and although he said he would replace anything that went missing, we where concerned that anyone could use a credit card and enter tha condo. The showers where a little dirty. Both showers had long hairs on the walls. The table on the patio was filthy, look like chocolate milk or chocolate ice cream. We used the dryer so l checked the lint filter before putting the clothes inside, and it was totally filled with lint, looked like it had not been cleaned out in months. I have pictures of the hair, the table outside on the balcony and the lint from the dryer filter. With so many different people staying in this condo it would behove Boris to check his propery to make sure everything is clean and in working order. The dryer, if not checked, and cleaned out could have caused a fire! If you would like to see the pictures let me know and l will e-mail them to you.

A lot more than 150 feet to the beach, no lights in the bedroom with twin beds, only 2 of the hot tub jets worked, urine or ? stains on the mattress pad in the master room, you are expected to take the trash down 3 flights of stairs but the trash bags were so thin we had to carry the trash in the trash can, the key to the door was difficult to get in and out, rules to the condo were not being enforced, the washer and dryer are very small. There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. There were also beach toys available and chairs and an umbrella. The location felt very safe for kids to be at.

Great Condo

We really like this property. It was spacious and close to the beach. The office was always closed so we never were able to give them the guest form. The pool is great for kids and the condo had a ton of beach supplies and pool toys.

We are back next year for sure!

We loved our stay. The host was amazing! Great communication and check in is a breeze. The place is clean and well maintained. It has all you will need for the beach. Great kitchen. The balcony is great for hangout. The pool and hot are warm and wonderful. The condo community is filled with nice people. The staff takes great pride in keeping up the grounds and the common areas.

Great value

Great place for the price. Is an older property on the island but very well maintained and absolutely no moldy smell anywhere in the unit (which is nearly impossible to find in SPI).

Awesome place

Wlclose to the beach, awesome condo but most important awesome owner. Truck was towed due to tow truck not seeing sign in window, owner of condo stepped in and help get everything taken care of. Will most definitely be back next year...

Nice stay for a quick getaway

The location is walking distance to a beach access. The condo is very spacious and quiet. The on-site property manager was very helpful answering questions. I would stay here again. The property owner has beach stuff in the closet [chairs, umbrellas] to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Pictures dont do the property justice!

The condo was very well laid out. We had a problem with a/c and within a hour of notifying owner we had a repairman at the door. It was fixed within minutes The courtyard is very clean and maintained. My only issue was the masterbed room bed was hard as a board. I added two comforters under sheet and was a bit better. The condo also supplied lots of cookware and utensils. They also had coffee and sugar in pantry. The owners thought about everything from books and games to beach toys. Perfect for a family get away. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay... the stairs were crazy lol but we made it. It’s in the third floor with no elevators and I pack like I’m Staying for a month... lol The Congo was beautiful and clean! Very large condo and the pool was awesome. Beach was a block away or less. Wanna wanna is right there! Loved it! Thank you

end of summer getaway

Everything went smoothly! This was a first having 2 full baths for a family of 4 and it was amazing! Walk to the beach was short and my kids enjoyed the pool. I read the reviews about the bed being hard and it was but it was perfect for me so no complaints there. Communication with host was effortless . He is quick to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great time

Property had everything we needed for making meals, entertainment, and bathing needs! Owner was more than an excellent communicator and get back with answers typically within 10-15 minutes. Beach was super close, pool and hot tub were very nice! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay. ☺️

Easy and convenient

Everything was wonderful. If I had to complain it would be about not having an elevator. Hauling all of our things up and down 3 flights of stairs was exhausting. But that’s really my ONLY complaint

Great stay

The property is perfect close to the beach (2 minute walk), quiet neighborhood, and clean. Boris was extremely accommodating, the weather forecast was going to be pretty unpleasant during our original scheduled reservation (we have a 2 year old), he was very understanding and rescheduled us on 2 days notice w/ and extra day. Will definitely stay again.
