Brenda, Thank you for choosing our condo for your stay, it was a pleasure to host you and your family. I am so happy to see that the condo and our services received a 5 star review. To clarify for our future guests, we are open 24 hours a day to assist with check in at any time. If the condo had been available earlier, we are happy to assist you with an early check in free of charge. Parking permits, door codes and paperwork are issued out at check in. We had the packet waiting for you at our front desk. Again, thank you for the 5 star review, we look forward to hosting you on your next visit to South Padre Island.

Jasmine, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are using your review to update our training to offer better service to our guests. If you look at our other great 5 star reviews on this condo and our company profile, you will see this is a one of a kind issue and not a standard. We are adding an additional verification and are excited and confident to host our next guests and offer our usual 5 star service and accommodations.
