Welcome to this fully renovated home that includes a private suite in the back of the house . This property offers 5 bedrooms total and 3 full baths, (4 bedrooms and 2 full bath in main house and 1 bedroom and 1 full bath in private room in the back of the house ). This beautiful home is located close to everything, only a few minutes from airport , downtown , six flags , seaworld etc … .

Baths and the back private suite has 1 bedroom and a full bath located in the back of the house ..
Guest access
I will provide the access code a few minutes before check in time .
Other things to note
Parking is free and outside .. property is a located in a corner lot , there’s plenty space for parking .. the back private suite has its own parking where you can access it thru the doble gate .

Some of the other reviews were correct about the cracks in the floor and the fact that one of the bedrooms is converted from a closet but honestly the space was clean and we all enjoyed staying there over a long weekend. The check out process was also really good - we really only had to make sure we took out the trash and washed any of our dishes which compared to some other places that give you a whole to do list was really nice. The rooms were clean and the host provided a lot of stuff for us to use. We liked the space a lot and it was very close by to a lot of the things we had planned around the downtown area.

This house is honestly nice the only issues we came across is the kitchen floors are caving in and its all torn up. We also came across a few cockroaches. One of the bedrooms is a master closet converted into a bedroom. The outside grass was super over grown and the back garage/bedroom was uncomfortable to get to, need to create another step to get down from main house or a little deck to walk across. Otherwise the house was cute and comfortable. Beds are nice and soft not like most other vrbos.

The picture of the outside of the house was deceiving in regards to the neighborhood. Bedrooms had no where to set your items…aka dressers, tables etc

Stranded Travelers

**TRAVELERS BEWARE**Do not book this home. Host will cancel 15 mins before check-in and leave you stranded in a city with no place for your family to stay. He will blame VRBO's system for a glitch of "double booking" and simply tell you to contact VRBO support. Please beware that VRBO does not allow same day bookings and Hosts are allowed to cancel at any point in time of your reservation. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone stranded in a parking lot in a city I do not live in trying to find a place for my family to stay. VRBO blames the Host and the Host blames VRBO all while the customer gets screwed. VRBO also states your stay is guaranteed but that only means they will reimburse you if you book another stay through Expedia (they parent site) up to 150% of your original payment amount or they will pay ONE night stay and you are to figure the rest out on your own for your remaining days. VRBO's customer service lied and said their rebooking team would contact me to assist with finding another booking for my second night stay. It is now 2 days later I have retuned home and I have not received and email or call from anyone from the VRBO team regarding my reservation. I am out of pocket an additional $600 plus. We were expecting to stay in a home for the weekend. We had to throw a weekends worth of groceries away as we had no refrigeration. Pay again for food and a new hotel rooms for my party of 6. I would steer clear from this home and VRBO!
