**Suntide III started improvement work on September 17, 2025, and the project is scheduled to take 150 days through February 13, 2026. Factors such as weather and changes in scope may extend this timeline. The improvement project will involve:
Balcony Patio Renovation for all units ending in 03, 04, and 05.

North and South elevator shafts.
North elevator will be out of service from October 27 through November 23, the south elevator will be operational and available for the public.
South elevator will be out of service from December 8 through January 4, 2026, the north elevator will be operational and available for the public.

A/C unit condenser storages spalling and waterproofing work. The planned work will require the movement of the exterior air conditioner units, affecting the AC service availability in units ending in 01 & 02, and 9 & 10, as indicated below:

North Side. Stacks 1 & 2
Floors 2nd to 5th. October 27 through November 9, 2025
Floors 6th to 9th . November 10 through November 23, 2025
Floors 10th to 12th, November 27 through December 7, 2025

South Side. Stacks 9 & 10
Floors 2nd to 5th. December 22 through January 4, 2026
Floors 6th to 9th . January 5 through January 18, 2026
Floors 10th to 12th, January 19 through February 1, 2026

Staircase & Elevator Access
One of the staircases will always be accessible and one elevator will remain in operation during the renovation period, as follows:

The north staircase will be available for the public during the work on the south elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work.
The south staircase will be available for the public during the work on the north elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work.

Emergency exit signs and evacuation routes will be posted during the renovation period; the outdoor pool and patio area will not be affected during the renovation project. The indoor pool and spa will remain open and accessible. Adjustments to access points are expected, along with scaffolding in the back of the building, construction noise, and dust throughout the duration of the improvement project.

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. After a day at the beach, relax in the light and airy living area, furnished with a sectional. Make some popcorn and have a movie night on the 40-inch cable TV. While dinner simmers, prepare a drink at the wet bar. Dine together at the wooden table when your culinary creations are complete. In-home amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer.

Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a supermarket, liquor store, and a movie theater. A free public bus also stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to superb attractions on the island, as well as Port Isabel.

The interior of this condo was just okay. Carpets definitely should be replaced throughout. The carpets smelled and required us to purchase carpet deodorizer to help with smell. Curtains rods didn't work and curtains themselves were shabby with holes. Location of condo was great. Centrally located. Parking was safe & convenient to condo. Beach access was just a short distance from the condo. Gym on site was very small and only accommodated 2 people at a time. Staff was great, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Great location in SPI, and on the beach. Nice property great interaction with the staff, but upkeep could be better.
