Our condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo. It is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unobstructed views! No messing around with elevators and stairs from higher floors...just walk out the patio door and you are steps to the beach!!!
Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Our condominium is ground floor in the center of the building and literally steps to the beach! Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.
Our condo is truly 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

We had the best stay. Condo is amazing. Clean, spacious, well equipped and as described. The location was amazing. Ocean out the back door, pool out the front. Hope to be able to get back in the future.

This condo was definitely the best one we’ve stayed in since taking a yearly SPI vacation. It was right on the beach, the community was gated, it was clean, and spacious, and really well stocked! We honestly loved it and can’t wait to return!

Our stay at the condo was great. The only thing I can think of was that the bathroom drains need to be flushed out because the drain was slow.

It was a great stay, very close to beach. There was beach chairs and a wagon to get stuff to beach with ease.

Great place RelaxingTV in front room and front bedroom did not work with remotes

Sharon...thanks for the 5 Star Rating! In regards to the remotes we wish you would have just called us as we could have gotten you squared away very quickly. Sometimes a guest may play around with the buttons but very easy to get back to the correct input. On you next visit just reach out to us. We are all about guest service.

Great relaxing stay
The property was clean and you could see the ocean from the condo. We enjoyed our stay!

Met a girlfriend for a long weekend. It was a perfect location! The property had everything we needed, beautiful views, plenty of beach supplies , and kitchen supplies! Would stay again.

South Padres Island vacation
Visiting SPI for second time and staying here again ! Beautiful location and very well equipped rental , has everything you need for your stay . We love this place !

Great location
Accommodations were wonderful. Beach access couldn't be better and the condo was very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The dunes blocked most of the beach but was ok because the access was PERFECT and to the pool was exceptional. Had some water issues but they did the best the best they could on getting on at nights. Communication could have been better with the situation but the owners made it right. They were extremely kind!

Spectacular view! Just a few steps to the beach! Beautiful sunrise. Thank for another amazing stay. Always stocked with everything you can possibly need. The new restaurants are great. We enjoyed every minute!
