★ BEAR IN MIND (pun intended!): We're thick in bear country! Be wise, be safe, lock your car AND chalet doors, NEVER leave food in your car and DO NOT EVER feed the bears. There are frequent bear sightings in Chalet Village, so please practice bear safety while staying at Top Knot! If evidence is found that guests have been feeding bears, additional fees will incur.

★The home is equipped with exterior security cameras only for safety purposes. Tampering with cameras or sync modules (non-camera wifi extension module) will result in additional fines and/or immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.

Pet Policy
★ Max 2 Dogs per stay
★ 40 lbs or less Max 2 dogs.
★ Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone.
★ Non-refundable $75 fee per dog.
★ No cats allowed.
★ Pet fee is due 48 hours before check in
★ Dog owner is responsible for waste pick up and removal from yard
★ Dogs must be on leash at all times when outside
★ Please be aware of the wildlife surroundings; Home Owner is not responsible for lost or injured pets
★ If cabin is damaged by your dog, which includes, but is not limited to, excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear.
★ No Dogs on furniture
★ We recommend bringing a few old towels with you to wipe off their feet after going outside, especially in the wet months, as Tennessee Red Clay is inevitable.
