Beautiful Oceanfront Condo. 3 bedroom, sleeps eight. Master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic queen size bed with door to deck. Master bath has a beautiful glass steam shower. 2nd bath has new double open concept shower with rainforest shower heads. 2nd bedroom has a Sealy Posture Pedic queen size bed. 3rd Bedroom has a queen bed.

Living room has a charming queen size sleeper looking right at ocean. Washer Dryer in Unit. 65 Inch Flat Screen TV with cable and internet. Kitchen is complete with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, toaster oven, blender, and Keurig coffee maker.

Sip mimosas off our private balcony while starring at the most beautiful sunrises in Maine. Spend relaxing afternoons swimming in the heated pool or hanging on the beach.

Enjoy shopping at one of our charming boutiques or dinner and a drink at the Myst. For those with children, enjoy quiet private evenings while your kids are playing safely across the street at Palace Playland. Or enjoy walking only a few footsteps from the ocean to your lovely beachfront condo.

Awsome place in a truly perfect location!

Best location in OOB. Very comfortable place for 4 adults and 2 children. Walk to everything.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We were very close to the shops and the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing-a great place to watch the sun rise and the moon rise. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. Would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful Vacation!

The Grand Vic was fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, very clean and great view of the beach. This area was perfect for families. You could walk around to the shops, the amusement park was next to us, and Old Orchard Beach had fireworks on the beach.

Nice location units need updating

We had a nice time on our trip but the condo could us an update. The dishwasher didn't work, the table on the balcony tabletop was broken, and the beds were very old and needed new mattresses.

Excellent for any getaway

Everything from check in to departure was fantastic! Location was right in the middle of everything you could want to do in OOB and a 15 minute ride to Portland. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Condo was clean as could be and staff went above and beyond.

Great location and ideal layout

Little things could be spruced up: balcony furniture broken and rusted -- bleeding onto decking; screens torn in places. Condo was spacious for young adults and elders which made for a perfect trip. We enjoyed unit and location and will be back.

Week at the beach

We had a great week. Ocean right outside the door. Nice property everything you need supplied. We really enjoyed our week My grandson wants to do it again next year exactly the same 🙂

Condo on Old Orchard Beach

This was a great place to vacation. The condo was decorated with a beach theme and was very clean. 6 of us stayed there comfortably. The same group of women have rented vacation homes in the Outer Banks and on the cape and this one was by far the best. Well stocked, comfortable, had a nice kitchen and the building manager was always reachable to answer any and all questions. Looking forward to going back.

Perfect location for the family

What a wonderful spot to be in OOB. Clean, bit rooms, balconies and the beach! Park your car and never look back for a week. This place is so central to all that’s happening. It was nice to be able to run up to the condo when we needed something. The beach is packed but clean and the staff were very helpful especially Ryan. Thank you Maine! Love it.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of activity for a beach town. Some issues with air conditioning, property management was quick to respond.

Fantastic place to have fun

Just a word to say that we really appreciated our weekend at your condo in Old Orchard. The apartment is very comfortable and “user friendly”. The weather was very nice, our grandchildren (4 & 6) really enjoyed playing on the beach and discovering the “arcades” which were on their “opening weekend.” We will keep your contact information in the hope of visiting again and will not hesitate to recommend your place to our friends. Cool June in Old Orchard

We loved the location, on the beach and yet in the middle of this lovely tourist town that was "teen heaven" for our two grandchildren. A cool town with cool temperatures, never getting to 80 degrees. We'll wait until August - September before coming .again. Some complaints: Not enough space to hang clothes, more hooks are needed on the walls and behind doors; our MBR bed was poor; we ran out of hot water once during a shower; TV's were confusing. Overall Great Stay!
