Located just a 1 block off Main St. and a few blocks from the heart of Downtown, this cottage is the perfect respite. Chloe features a King bedroom outfitted with luxury linens, and a spacious ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The full kitchen has all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee pot, mini-cooktop, and everything you'll need for movie night snacks or dinner in the courtyard. A Samsung Frame TV and double-sided gas fireplace complete the open-concept seating area. High-end fixtures and designer finishes throughout bring an added element of luxury to your stay, with no detail overlooked. Outside, the private courtyard features seating for two, and a heated plunge pool. Guests will also have access to the shared fire-pit and dining area on the property. Plunge pools are kept temp controlled at 84 degrees

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

The place was amazing. Better than the pictures. Great location. We really enjoyed the plunge pool. The owners thought of everything. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay

This place was a great place to stay will be doing this next year to stay for a week . Pool was great like the it was private. Only Hiccup was trying to figure out hot to turn on stove to cook. Had to look up instructions on I -pad.

What a warm and cozy place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying time together. A great location, easy to get around town for shopping and wine tasting, along with restaurants near by. You will love your stay!

Very clean and spacious one bedroom. Nice bathroom and really nice kitchenette. There is one parking spot and it’s probably best to have a smaller car if the lot is full. We didn’t need the car much because it was so easy to walk downtown. This was a great couples getaway!

Anniversary Trip

Great property! I loved out unit at the back of the property! Bedding was super comfortable and we loved having a cup of coffee on the back patio by the pool.

We loved our stay!

Very nice property! Clean, modern and small kitchen is very usable. Designated parking and plunge pool is an added bonus. The Chloe property has a little more privacy than the other units, as it is tucked at the back. Definitely would choose it again!

We loved this place!!! We were celebrating an anniversary and felt that the privacy and the luxury of the space was exactly what we were looking for. When we closed the door it was as if we were in another world. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Charming cottage

What a great cottage. Perfect for our 3 night stay to explore Fredericksburg. We are very particular and can't say enough positive things about Chloe. Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to friends and family. 5 stars!

Can't wait to come back

We can't say enough good things about the Chloe cottage! This was the perfect place to celebrate our 35th Anniversary! It was quiet and relaxing, and every attention to all the details of the cottage were amazing. The plunge pool was an added bonus especially after a hot stroll on Main Street. We loved our time at Chloe, and can't wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay in Fredricksburg. We did want to note just a few little issues. Bathroom floors were not clean when we arrived, but again, nothing terrible. The fireplace did not work which we were looking forward to using. And the pool fountain stopped working which yall addressed, but unfortunately wasn't fixed in time. Other than that, the property was great, bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our honeymoon.

Beautiful Cottage

Beautiful cottage. Loved the plunge pool. Decor was well done made you feel at home. Cottage was clean. Will definitely book to come back again. Even though we did not meet anyone in person, we did receive timely emails and text notifications. Great experience.

Bijou: Chloe

We've stayed at this location once before and both times we fully enjoyed our stay. Only one issue this time was with a non-functional gas fireplace. Had the weather been a bit cooler I would have been disappointed. The management group did offer to come check it out but doing so would have altered our plans. When we book next time I'll proactively ask that they check it out before we arrive.

Our only issue was lack of WiFi. We could not get on it and when I called the number, they sent maintenance but he had no clue. We missed watching our favorite football team;(

Loved it!

What a beautiful place! The decor was gorgeous and the house is bigger than I expected. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed being close to Main Street but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. My only complaint was the water feature in the pool. It was so loud! We wanted to float peacefully in the pool but had to stay on one side to keep from getting splashed. If it is able to be turned way down I think that would have made it more enjoyable. But the pool is the perfect size for 2 people.

So much of the place was perfect that I feel bad bringing up the bad. The dead foliage hanging over the pool looks uninviting. One planter had a dead plant that hadn't been replanted. The fireplace doesn't work.

Wonderful Stay

What a wonderful property! My husband and I celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. The bed was comfortable, the pool was refreshing, and the shower was amazing. Will stay again!
