The home was an excellent stay from start to finish. Check‑in was smooth and straightforward, and the hosts clearly put thought into the details. Everything from the well‑stocked kitchen to the labeled switches and helpful instructions made the house easy to settle into.The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with plenty of privacy and comfortable spaces to relax. The beds were genuinely comfortable, and the layout made the whole place feel restful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities: the hot tub was spotless and ready to use, the fire pit area was perfect for winding down in the evenings, and the grill made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at the house.Overall, the property is well maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, private, and well‑appointed stay in Fredericksburg.

Nice clean property. Quiet neighborhood very close to Main St. Nice hot tub and patio with gas fire pit. Most everything you need to cook but could use some kitchen towels and extra paper towels.

Great place great location

We loved our stay. House is SUPER clean, perfect location right off main. The house had everything we needed the outdoor patio and hot tub were perfect for a relaxing night in!

The house is bright and inviting, we loved it from the moment we walked in. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was very clean. The hot tub was ready to go and easy to use. Very close to Main Street and shopping. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!

Perfection

A perfect place for two sets of couples. Great location and coming home to a hot tub and gas fire pit to sit around and talk was a wonderful way to end our days.
