The home was absolutely beautiful. It looked just like it did in the listing photos. I also really enjoyed the location as well. Even though we weren’t directly downtown, it wasn’t far, and there were some great options that were walkable, including yummy, island coffee, muse pizza. The kids loved biking to Surfside Beach and we could get pretty much anywhere on the island with ease. Having the second cottage was great when we had family stay with us for just a couple days. The home was also very well stocked and you can tell that the home is well taken care of. The only bad part was that we had to leave We hope to be back again next summer!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great week at The Dunes. The home was beautiful, in a fantastic location and the hosts were so accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Incredible

Incredible property. Fire pit, pool, parking for 3-4 cars, beautiful interior - spacious rooms, modern baths, and showpiece kitchen! Owners very friendly and responsive. Perfect location - near everything.

This was a great house for our vacation with our two little kiddos. Clean, beautiful and well-appointed. Pool area was particularly great. Thank you.

Fantastic house - fantastic hosts!!We (4 grown ups, with kids in the age of 17, 15, 6, and 4) had a wonderful time in this house and on Nantucket.The owners are wonderful hosts and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we had a great time. It all started with dropping the car (which can be booked with the house and has a beach license) off at the passenger ferry for us to drive directly to the house, helping us with tips and tricks for finding the right beaches or the best places for dinners, or quickly providing some extra cutting boards (which were not necessary, as there were plenty in the kitchen but I overlooked them).We felt like staying at a friend or family member‘s house and that made our time on Nantucket very special and lovely.The house(s) itself is fantastic, clean, and decorated with love.All in all a 5 star plus experience. We would recommend it to our closest friends in a heartbeat.

Awesome place!

This property is simply stunning! Brand new and perfect for families. Our kids especially loved the cottage and the pool! Genadi was super accommodating and was extremely responsive. We’ll be back!

House is brand new and just stunning. All the pictures matching reality. Genadi is an awesome host, very friendly and helpful, easy to cummunicate with.
