Great stay! Ileana was wonderful. Thank not complaint was the water was off for one full day and only had water from 1-145pm and 7-8pm at night. Host was very responsive and brought water and gave a discount for that night.

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about your stay and my responsiveness. I’m glad you enjoyed the apartment. I’m sorry that the temporary water service interruption (one day) affected part of your stay. Unfortunately, this was an issue with the local water utility and completely outside of our control. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I personally brought bottled water to the apartment and also provided a discount for the inconvenience. Guest comfort is extremely important to me, and I always do everything possible to assist my guests promptly, even when unexpected situations are beyond our control. Thank you again for staying with us.

Exceptional experience. Very clean apartment. Was a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access for parking and shopping. Just an overall wonderful experience.

Perfect beachfront condo on Carolina beach. Host thought of everything - beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella. Lovely patio with ocean view. Condo has an enormous pool and private throughway to the beach. Parking spot for rental car. Comfy beds. It was great!

Great communication with host. Clean, well equipped condo. Easy check in process. Amazing location, right on the beach. Great pool. Easy to get into Old San Juan using Uber or taxis. Quiet building. Supermarket within easy walking distance. Great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean condo with view of the ocean. Easy walk to beach and pool. We appreciated the extra amenities like the beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and drying rack on balcony. Safe area with lots of restaurants and a market within walking distance. The communication with the host was great, too. We will definitely be back!

¡Perfecto!

More than satisfied with this stay! Perfect size for our family (10y old and 14y old). Great location and walking distance to anything you need/want! Short Uber ride to Old San Juan and a snorkeling expedition we did! Host was very active/responsive with any messaging we had as well! Clean, convenient and a wonderful place to stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Anemities

Apartment was clean and in a great location! Coffee on the balcony watching the waves. Days spent at the pool or the beach, with beach chairs provided by the host. Everything available within walking distance. We had a car, so the parking and security were appreciated. Would rent again

Perfect space for our stay!

The place was amazing for location to the beach. It was nice to be able to come back to the room easily for snacks or if it rained. Everything was clean and there were so many great little details like beach chairs and a cooler. Cozy towels, plenty of fridge and kitchen space. Nice AC. We were so thrilled with our stay. Thank you!

Exactly as pictured! I think we had the best unit in the building. The minute we arrived we were impressed. The security guard was helpful and the parking was convenient. The beds were so super comfortable and the place was so clean. The beach access was on the best part of the beach. Close to everything! The pool water was perfect. Ileana our host always answered me back and right away. We cannot wait to stay here again! Better than a hotel!

Better than 5 stars!

This property was amazing. Newly remodeled and modern with many nice features like lights that dim, indirect lighting. Super clean. Comfy beds, nice linens, fluffy towels and so many little extras like hand soap, body wash, dish, soap, paper goods, etc. Great communication with the owners and they even left a charming little welcome basket. Perfect location, walked to restaurants and stores, beautiful view. Clothes storage was tight, but we managed and the luggage racks they provided were a nice touch. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent Beachfront Apartment in San Juan – Clean, Safe, and Family-Friendly!

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront apartment in San Juan! It seems recently renovated—everything was spotless and very well maintained. The location is unbeatable with direct access to the beach, and the views from the balcony were just beautiful.The property features a great pool ranging from 4 ft to 12 ft, plus a smaller pool perfect for toddlers under 3. The host, Illena, was absolutely wonderful—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.They also provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a thoughtful touch. The building has excellent security, so we felt completely safe the entire time.There’s also a reserved car parking spot, which made things very convenient. This place is a perfect fit for a small family with 1 or 2 kids. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to come back!

Wonderful Host, wonderful place, wonderful trip!!

I want to first begin by stating how professional and accommodating Ileana is. It’s the little things that make vacations go from good to great and she does all of them. She helped out in any way she could and upon arriving we were pleased to find a thoughtful note, cute snacks, and a water for each of us. The room is exactly as it is pictured along with the view. The location is practically in the center of everything going on in isle verde— from casinos to restaurants. The facility is guarded 24/7 at the entrance as well as key fob access points throughout. Even walking the streets we never felt scared or sketched out. The beach was awesome. Palm trees line the back of the beach as you come up to surprisingly calm waters. The beach was not crowded at all when compared to staying in any Florida hot spot. My only complaint is that the chairs provided are lawn chairs more for watching your kids ball game than relaxing at the beach. Proper chair rentals are only $5 though so it’s not the end of the world. I wanted to note more on something’s we did on our trip we found worth while. We rented a car for just $28 a day. If you plan to beach bum it out and only leave for food it’s not worth it as Ubers are cheap. But the list below is what we encourage people to try! Bioluminescence bay (any of them) hike the rain forest Culebra at sunrise (flamenco beach) Old San Juan day trip Casino (any of them) Snorkel trip Fishing
