We were there for a wedding weekend, so we did not spend a lot of time at the actual property except for sleeping and getting ready..it was clean and cute, up to date.

Our stay at the cabin was so wonderful. The cabin is appointed perfectly for home cooking and for lovely days on the lake. The owners are very gracious to allow for use of their lake equipment and were very quick to respond with questions we had. The lake was not busy and was very peaceful. Hope to stay again if we are in the area. No issues whatsoever! Highly recommend!

Our stay was really relaxing! The kids loved swimming and taking canoe/paddle boat rides, and the fire next to the lake was lovely! The host had everything clean and ready to go for our stay. Thak you for your hospitality!

Exactly what we were looking for. Amazing fishing, seimming, and tubing. The host, Athena made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Wonderful lake house retreat!

We had a wonderful time! The house was very comfortable and well stocked. The lake is very pretty with clear water. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and campfires. Lovely getaway for a long weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Moon Lake Cabin. It was extremely clean, very well stocked with necessities along with extras left from the owners. The lake is extremely clear and wonderful to swim, kayak, paddle-board or do any water sport. The cabin was beautifully decorated. Will definitely be coming back!

Family Vacation

We had a great time! The cabin was extremely clean and cozy. It is located on a very peaceful lake. During our stay our family was able to enjoy lots of outdoor activities including kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding.

Perfect family stay for family wedding in the area

Very nice place, unexpected treats, and perfect for needs. Quiet lake and hoat was a great communicators especially since we had a powerful storm go through and lost power. Host communication through this was vwry helpful.

Exceeded expectations

My family loved staying at the cabin. Very comfortable, beautiful design, and super clean. We enjoyed having breakfast while looking at white pelicans flying over the lake. It was a very quiet and pleasant place to stay. Being able to easily kayak on the lake was a nice bonus. My wife is already planning a return trip.

The cabin was clean and in a good location. We appreciated having the kayaks, paddleboard and canoe. We made great use of the bean-bag toss game. It was very hot on the weekend we stayed so we appreciated the lake side was well shaded until mid-afternoon. Plus air conditioning for sleeping. We did not have much luck fishing but we did see fish. We also saw, deer, beaver, turtles, pelicans, eagles and many birds. We appreciated the smaller size of the lake. I was able to kayak the perimeter in 45 minutes without trying very hard. There was a firepit but the temp never got below 80 so we did not use it. It was nice a grill was provided on the deck.

A beautiful home with a tranquil view. Check in was flawless and easy. Kitchen had everything you need. Living space was comfortable and clean. Bedrooms were clean and we all slept great! Great communication from hosts. We look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect Weekend

Great place to stay with our kids for a short weekend vacation! Kids loved fishing off the dock, having a campfire and enjoying the host provided s’mores! Very quiet and private area, small lake with little to no boat traffic and you could enjoy the sites and sounds; bonus was watching the pair of loons on the lake all weekend! Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchenware, misc supplies, and games!

The cabin in the woods

The cabin is overlooking Moon Lake. Very private, just us and nature. That was nice!! We enjoyed the view through the trees and especially the sunsets!! We tried our luck with fishing. We caught one little one!! Thanks for sharing your cabin!!

Great trip! Cabin was fantastic! Very clean and great spaces. Multiple AC units kept us very comfortable. Lake was very clear for swimming and lake activities! The lake view from the deck was gorgeous! Athena’s communication was great! We would highly recommend this place!
