Upon entry, find a well decorated, newly renovated, sizable living space for you and your party to unwind in. Through the living room is where you'll find your kitchen and dining area. Recently updated with new appliances and cabinetry. A small dining nook gives you and your party a place to dine comfortably. Off of the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king sized bed. A beautifully upgraded bathroom off of the kitchen as well is available for guests in the master and those on the pull out sofa to use.

Guests have access to a shared porch with the other two units in this building. This unit comes with a parking space, however, it is located across the street - about a 1 min walk from the parking space to the front door. Location of this parking space will be disclosed upon booking. Guests have access to a washer and dryer as well. Keep in mind that this is a shared amenity located in the common foyer which unit A will have access to as well.

Please be aware that this is a rental unit in downtown Charleston, close to a bustling intersection and hospital, so you may experience some traffic noise. Additionally, the unit features a shared laundry unit conveniently located in the hallway, adding to the community feel of our historic abode.
