This charming, detached guest house offers a quiet retreat with its own entrance and plenty of parking. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area, a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals, and comfortable bedrooms with space for four guests. Perfect for a small family or two couples seeking a peaceful beach getaway with easy access to the excitement of Folly Beach and historic downtown Charleston.

Pets are happily welcomed for an additional fee per pet.

We were so happy with our stay here. It was the perfect location and made getting around to different spots around Charleston easy. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

This space was PERFECT for my needs. It was spotless, well-maintained, and very private (almost hidden) behind the main house. It had everything I needed. Nice cold A/C, fast internet, well equipped kitchen, etc, etc. The host was super responsive to all my communications with him. Will definitely stay there again when in the Charleston area. Don't hesitate....just book this place!

This place was above my expectations! Clean, simple yet beautiful decor, and I can’t begin to tell you how good I slept!! The neighborhood was super quiet and I felt safe enough to leave my 14 year old there while I did a quick grocery trip. Close to shops and the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Great place for couples or family with 1 or 2 children. Fenced area for dog but also a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks. Place is centrally located. Very convenient to Folly Beach and John’s Island. Also close to downtown Charleston Quiet neighborhood. House was very clean, modern and kitchen was well equipped. Check in and check out was seamless. Host was readily available if needed

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location as it was just a short drive to Folly Beach as well as to downtown Charleston. The apartment was very clean with updated features. The place was really comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. It was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioners, kitchen equipment, and tv’s all worked perfectly. There was even a small fenced in area for the dogs to play and do their business.
