Wen, I always appreciate and encourage customer reviews and feedback as it will only make me better for future guests. While an 8/10 may seem fine, I strive for perfection as demonstrated in my nearly all 10/10 reviews between my two properties. I am disappointed that you did not provide any feedback during your stay or in this review, even when asked, enabling me to provide a 10 star stay to future guests. You stated "We had a great time. You have a beautiful place! Thank you!". You checked out late without asking, but I let it slide as I always try to accommodate my guests when I can.
