Welcome to The Lazy Dolphin! Come to North Topsail Beach and enjoy some of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches on the NC coast!
Watch for dolphins and enjoy the sunrise & ocean breezes on the large front decks then relax on the back decks to watch the sunsets at the end of the day. This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home features a reverse floor plan with beautiful ocean views and community beach access just steps away.
The top floor of the home provides a large open living space with panoramic views, a fully stocked kitchen with island and an adjacent powder room. The living room boasts a 65" smart TV perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Off the living room sits the master bedroom with a queen bed, a 45" smart TV and a private bath with a large jetted tub.
The lower level provides a second living room with a 55” smart TV and plenty of books for those who love to read. Off the living room are three nicely furnished bedrooms, two with sliding glass doors that exit to views of the ocean. The front bedrooms have queen beds and 42” Roku TVs. The back bedroom has 2 twin beds and a Roku TV.
Take a short walk down to the community beach access with private parking lot and enjoy a day of fun in the sun! Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach or kayaking from the public launch on the bay. Relax and take a break for lunch on the covered back deck.
Nearby bars and restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away!
No matter what you decide to do on your vacation, you will enjoy all the comforts of The Lazy Dolphin.

I grew up in NY, lived in MA for a few years before moving to the Carolinas almost 25 years ago. From the mountains to the beaches, it's such a beautiful place to be! I am lucky enough to now call North Topsail Beach home where I currently live with my family.
I am new to hosting and I hope to provide you with an amazing stay and personal service, I am available if you need anything.
I invite you stay for a relaxing time by the sea, where you can create memorable experiences while feeling right at home!
