We truly appreciate you sharing your concerns, and we want to address each one: Pool Cleanliness: You're absolutely right—during this time of year, pollen levels in the area can be extremely high. We actually visited the property and cleaned the pool just before your arrival, but unfortunately, heavy pollen can return within just 2–3 hours, especially on windy days. We understand how frustrating that can be and are continuing to explore ways to minimize the impact during peak pollen season. Deck Condition: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We currently power wash the deck regularly, but based on your comments, we’ll be increasing the frequency and doing additional inspections to ensure it’s guest-ready before each stay. Vehicle Incident: We're very sorry again for the experience you had with the yard maintenance team. We addressed this issue directly with our vendor to ensure it doesn't happen again and are glad we could provide a partial refund to acknowledge the inconvenience. While we understand more might have been warranted, we genuinely appreciate your grace during such a stressful situation. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back with an even better experience in the future.
