This house exceeded our ecpectations Everything was perfect We had the best time and its as close as u can get to the Grove Marina on the lake We feel we really got our money's worth and wont hesitate to come back and recommend it to family and friends The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed The way the house was layed out was perfect We had 8 adults, 3 kids (who loved the toys and games that came with the house) and one little doggie (who the marina told us at first couldnt come on the boat but day 2 they allowed it) We got lucky with the weather and Lake Laurel is a little known great destination

Our second year at this property. There are too many positives to list them all. Everything is amazing in this home! Host is great and house is as well. We hope to return next year.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. New Brando was perfect for a two family long weekend lake trip. Only a few minutes drive to grove marina. Host very good communicator and accommodating. We look forward to a return visit soon!

Friendly neighbors and beautiful place to stay

Absolutely love the indoor area. This place is one of my favorites and have traveled a lot. The fact that it has a garage is fantastic. Would recommend this place for anyone!

The house was as perfect for our group of 7 adults and 5 kids [3-10 yo}. The 5 bed rooms pluse xtra sleeping spaces was great. All beds were comfortable and clean. The house was very clean and best stocked I have been to.Great, quiet neighborhood and very close to Grove marina.Impressive and I would stay there again.

Spacious place

This is a spacious and well kept house in a good location. We had a good time in the region. I recommend this house to anyone with a big group.

Extended family vacation

Nice size for 11 people and 2 dogs. Best stocked with kitchen utensils/tools of any vacation rental we’ve had! Very spacious and clean. Good spot to get to Cumberland Falls State Park and other area activities. We enjoyed the fire pit. Our only complaint is that there was no space to hang up clothes, no closets.

The house was phenomenal. Everything was just like stated and pictures don’t do it justice. The owner has everything you need or want. Even a surprise of parchment paper. May sound ridiculous to some, but we used it and I have never seen that in a VRBO property rental or high end condo rentals in Florida. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, spices, Kleenex, shampoo, soap, etc. The garage was big enough to hold 22 foot boat including the truck and trailer. There was even a remote for the garage door. Grove marina is six minutes away. Clear concise instructions and information were in a binder. Magnetic Insect curtains on doors so none can get in while loading or unloading your belongings. One small snag with getting the door open on arrival, and host answered his phone immediately. Walked us through getting a key and stayed on the phone until he was certain we were in. Our family of 11 and one friend loved every minute. The setting is beautiful and secluded and night sounds were so calming. We hope to make this our annual “home” for our family lake trip.

This is our second time staying at Michael’s house. It is so spacious four our entire family. It is always clean and well stocked. Would love to return next year!
