Tipsy Turtle PCB (Villa #201) offers a serene, beautifully decorated escape within the exclusive Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. This ground-floor, end-unit villa provides 5-star comfort and easy access to both the emerald Gulf waters and the resort's premier amenities.

🐢 Enjoy the unique charm of "The Tipsy Turtle," where the pace of life slows down as soon as you step onto one of the largest double covered patios on the property, featuring two dining tables and views of a pond filled with turtles, ducks, and water lilies.

Inside, a perfectly situated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout features a comfy living area with couch and loveseat, a Smart TV, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances large and small plus dishware, cookware and utensils.

The Tipsy Turtle comfortably sleeps 6:
~ The main suite includes a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk-in closet, private patio access, and a remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
~ The guest bedroom offers two full beds, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk in-closet, and access to the remodeled guest bathroom.

For your convenience, a full sized washer and dryer and free, high speed WIFI, and beach towels are included, and a seasonally heated pool is located right outside your front door

You're just a couple hundred yards from the white sands, lush lagoon pool, restaurant, bars and more. You can reach it all via the resort’s pedestrian bridge or a free tram ride. We are one of the closest villas to the Edgewater Convention Center and Clubhouse—perfect for guests attending competitions or meetings--and you can also step outside the resort to find a variety of walkable dining options from fresh seafood and Cajun cafes to pizza and casual American eats.

Great location, perfect size

Condo was the perfect location with a short walk to the beach/restaurants and beautiful view of the golf course. Loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise and the ducks and turtles on the golf course pond. Great amenities with plenty of pools (some heated) to choose from. Would highly recommend booking your stay here!

We had an amazing time and our condo was perfect for my husband & I, along with our son & his family!

The Tipsy Turtle condo is in the perfect spot, close to a heated pool & the walkover bridge! We had plenty of room for our son, his wife, 2 kids, my husband & I. I would definitely recommend this condo & we would be more than willing to stay there again!

The villa was cozy and it had a great view! It was really close to my daughter’s dance competition and to the beach! It was perfect and will for sure come back!

We enjoyed our stay..

We enjoy the EdgeWater Property in PCB. We especially like the golf side as it seems to be a bit more quiet and laid back. The condo was very well appointed and stocked as well as a great location in the property.

Kept us in the loop for check in process and you can tell you are stayin at a place they care about the ease of getting in and settled! They check in multiple times and were very responsive with any questions I have. This will be my go to place every time

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at The Tipsy Turtle – Highly Recommended

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Panama City Beach, I can’t recommend this villa - The Tipsy Turtle at Edgewater Beach enough! From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, everything was so easy and stress-free. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into the little details. They anticipated things we didn’t even realize we’d need, and those thoughtful touches made our vacation completely hassle-free. Communication was excellent, check-in was simple, and they truly made the entire experience fun and relaxing. Instead of worrying about the little things, we were able to focus on making memories and enjoying our vacation. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book The Tipsy Turtle again. If you’re considering staying at Edgewater Beach, do yourself a favor and book this villa—you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tipsy Turtle. The property has everything we needed. Nice villa in a very safe and convenient location with a great pool a few feet away and a short walk to the resort pool, restaurants and beach. Stores, restaurants and everything else you could possibly need are close and convenient. Our new favorite place at PCB.

Great experience!

From check-in to check-out, we were properly informed and directed on the procedures of the property. The villa is located in an awesome spot with food, entertainment and shops nearby. We had access to multiple pools and a beautiful spot on the beach. The villa was clean and nicely decorated, stocked with all the essential appliances to accommodate your trip. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Great communication before and throughout our stay. The unit is within walking distance to the property event center which was important for us since my daughter had a Nationals dance competition. The pool outside the unit was so convenient & the walk to the larger pools / beach was not bad. Although trams are available & quick.

Amazing property with great location!

Staying at this vacation villa near the beach was an absolute delight! The villa itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Larger than what the pictures show. Really convenient having the washer and dryer in the unit as well. The beach was just a short stroll away, making it easy to take morning walks or relax on the sand. Overall, a fantastic getaway spot – we can't wait to return!

We had a great time at this property! The resort has a lot to offer and is in a great location. The host was very proactive in communication and made sure we knew everything we needed! The rooms were clean and we were a short walk away from the beach.

There are Chairs or poolside Cabanas available to rent. The kids splash pad and two hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders Bar or Shakers Bar.

🎶 Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

⛳ The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a pro-shop, plus fitness center. all amenities are included with your stay except for golf.
