The host was very kind and helpful. The whole place was sparkling clean. It is one of the best that we have stayed in at Edgewater by far! They have more than enough supplies and fun gear. Perfect parking and very close access to the bridge to reach the beach and main pool! We will most definitely be renting again.

Wonderful property and host. Very convenient one minute walk to conference center, tennis courts and pool. Very clean. Nice balcony view on to golf course.

First time at Edgewater and in villa. We had a great stay. Super close to pools and easy access to bridge for beach and onsite restaurant. Villa was very comfortable with nice beach decor. Owners very easy to work with. We really enjoyed being able to park right at villa without having to wait on elevators. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this beautifully kept condo. One of our favorite parts were the floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom that led out to the balcony overlooking the golf course. It was peaceful sitting out there too. We loved warching the ducks, egrets, as well as the robotic lawn mower! The pictures in the listing match the condo itself. Everything was very clean and kitchen well stocked. It was very easy getting settled in and comfortable. Kimmie has put a lot of thought into making the stay in her condo the best....mini coffee bar with dual Kcup and coffee pot machine, baby accessories (pack n play, sheets, chair for table, etc), and tons of beach accessories if you forgot/don't want to bring! We slept comfortably on the mattresses and the selection of pillows was nice too. The shower head in the master shower was to die for! I forgot to take a picture of it because I want one for my house!!! Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would stay again!!!

Here’s a polished vacation condo review you can use:⸻We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location is incredibly convenient and made getting around so easy. The resort itself has all the amenities you could ask for—especially the delicious piña coladas by the main pool, which quickly became a daily favorite.The condo is thoughtfully stocked with all the beach essentials, so there’s no need to stress if you forget something at home. We also loved having a fully equipped kitchen—it had all the cookware we needed, and we enjoyed making breakfast there every morning.After a day in the sun, the sofa was the perfect spot to relax—super comfortable and ideal for an afternoon nap. Overall, this place felt welcoming, well-prepared, and truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
