Spectacular Views and a Waterpark in our Gorgeous Splash Condo!

Welcome to Splash 1102w. This beautiful condo is located on the 11th floor. Has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! Master Bedroom has its own Balcony views and access to the Balcony.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you may need from a coffee maker, dishes, pans, silverware, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up after meals. The dining area has a wooden round table with seating for 4.

In the living room, you will see breathtaking views of the ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and Private Bath. Master Bathroom features a tower/tun combo, double vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bedroom with its own TV to wind down to at night.

The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Right outside of the guest bathroom is an in-unit Washer and Dryer!

Splash Resort is steps away from the beach, has multiple on-site pools and hot tubs, is close to all the attractions Pier Park has to offer, has its own on-site fitness center and so much more!

*This resort requires guests to register at their front desk on-site - a Registration fee will be collected for each reservation.

Great place for a beach vacation!

The condo was awesome, enough room for the Three of us. The splash area was a hit; when mom would go to bed, my nine-year-old daughter and I would hit the pools and water areas till 10. Parking was very convenient, and the facilities were clean and took care of. Not sure why there are so many complaints about the elevators, I never had an issue with how long it took. Overall 10 out of 10, would go back again.

Can't wait to come back!

Great property and location. Mattresses were worn out and slumpy. My husband didn't sleep well. And the weather was cooler than we would desire but that's nothing anyone can control. Great place and can't wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Swell was incredible easy to work with and rent from. We didn’t experience any problems or issues while we were there. The condo was clean and comfy! While there, we heard so many complaints from other guests about their experience with the company the chose to book with. If you want to book with a company that will take all the stress out of vacation planning, and will be responsive with great customer service, book with Blue Swell! They checked in multiple times with us to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions. Won’t book any branch trips without booking through them!

Beautiful View

Spring Break

The property was in a good location, the pool, lazy river, and splash part were excellent. The hot tub was overrun with kids unsupervised and was always over max occupancy. The security would just walk by. Room was good. Elevators were very slow.

Very clean unit!

Easy rental all the way around. The wifi doesn't work so if you need to work while there, I don't recommend this unit. Contacted the rental company twice just to get a valid password and it never worked. The condo was very clean and the grounds were very clean. My only drawback was the wifi but it was stated that it may not be reliable. Very family oriented complex. I wouldn't pick Splash for a couples vacation, but if the entire family is coming it was great.

Great experience

Check in to the resort was not a good experience, how we to the room was just fine. Blue swell was quick to respond. The only issue i had was the pictures shown built in bunk beds and there were no bunk beds. That caused issues with sleeping arrangements. Overall great place to stay. Beatififul and the mattresses in both beds rooms were the best ever. Kitchen fully stocked. Great great place to stay. Resort is perfect. I would and will be renting from you again. Amazing! Thank you for a great stay. Ps. Wish you had a broom so i could have kept the floors cleaner.

Perfect for kids

The property was nice, the view was amazing. The pools,water slide and splash pad were all in great shape. It’s a perfect vacation spot for children and families. The only negatives were the WiFi absolutely does not work and cell service is bad. The Tv in the living room does not work properly. The management team was willing to come out and fix the issues but we opted out because those were not important to us. Also, the pools are freezing cold even the heated pool is very cold. Be prepared to wait for 10 plus minutes for an elevator. There are not enough elevators for the property. I would recommend going to this place if you have kids. My 2 year old daughter loved it!

Fell short

The room wasn’t clean, the tv didn’t work. There was the past guest stuff under the couch. I heard great things bout the resort for kids, but it fell short. The beach access was great, my kids loved the lazy river but the pool area was too crowded to enjoy. Also the elevator wait time were incredibly long even on week days when PCB wasn’t busy. This isn’t just my opinion, I have a friend who happened be there same time and she said same thing. For the price I paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t go back

Relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was great. We were there for 5 weeks and being on the 11th floor the views were beautiful. We saw devil rays, shark, dolphins and other marine life and the waves were awesome. The only complaint I guess we would have is there was no mask mandate for the elevators. People would crowd in the elevators with no masks and it's impossible to keep a 6 foot distance. It took us over an hour one day to get back up to our condo because we couldn't catch an elevator with anyone wearing masks. In fact we left a week shy of our 6 weeks we were supposed to be there because of this but other than that everything was fantastic. If it wasn't for COVID19 it would have been perfect.

Blue Swell - Splash Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awful. For being COVID and walking in to a dirty mess, it was really surprising. After we cleaned the place, went to watch the NCAAB championship and the TV lagged so bad we ended up not watching it. The master bedroom fan didn’t work, knobs on dressers and kitchen we off, the stove didn’t work well so plan on eating out more than you expected. The shower drain was plugged and we fixed. The pool was beyond super cold, the hot tub was 120 degrees, the elevators worked half the time. Ohh and make sure that as soon as there is a problem or issue you text them the day before it happens otherwise they won’t do anything for you, and if you do text them about issues don’t expect a response back. Book through someone else, nothing with Blue Swell properties.

It was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We a bad experience right out of the gate with checking in. We received multiple text messages the day before check in and day off but none of them contained the door code or any other information for getting into the condo. We arrived in the middle of the checkin window (not early) yet, there was no one around to assist us nor did we have any information. I called the 800 number for this company and the operator said she didn’t have any information because she was an emergency line answering service. This was 6:00p on a Saturday. Checkin was 4-7. After 40 minutes, the company finally texted me the door code. Once inside, it looked fine. There was a hair on a pillow. No big deal. We try not to get picky about stuff like that. I will say that the the balcony furniture could use an upgrade. They are only 4 chairs for a 2 door access balcony and a little cafe table. None of which are in good shape or comfortable. We enjoy the balconies at the beach so this was a disappointment for us. In the middle of the stay, we went to wash a load of clothes. I go to put it in the dryer and the dryer wouldn’t work. So we had a load of wet clothes to figure out what to do with. Again, we figured it out and went about our time. I reached out to the company to notify them of the dryer issue and I guess I was slightly disappointed with their response. They weren’t too concerned about it. Overall, it was a good stay and a good deal.
