Great Time vacation

We brought first timers to the islands. We have been coming for 20 years. A great time was had by all. Great location.

Spacious and comfortable

Perfect for family of four, 2 separate living room areas. All the amenities needed for a perfect beach day are available for your use. There are some critters that sneak in and of course the nene and roosters bright and early but better to wake up to nature noises than city noise!

Great place

The stay was great they had games and other items for use, chairs, beach towels etc.. the unit was clean. We stayed 3 nights. The location is close to everything, the online pictures do not do the views justice. We had 2 complaints, one is the unit comes up as air conditioned however it is only one bedroom. Two in the pull out couch bed area the kids woke up at night with a few bugs crawling on them. As this is tropical climate that was not as bad as it could have been If Ke e’ beach is not on your list of places to go, you will want to add it, great snorkeling, not over crowded, beautiful short hike.

It was fine

This place definitely needed some TLC and updating which you can't really tell by the pictures. There were some things I thought were dirty and kinda grossed me out at first but I think a lot of it was really just worn down instead of dirty. In the end it really did work out fine for my family, even though I might stay somewhere else next time.

We go to great lengths to photograph, describe and rate all our properties as well as maintain them well and respond to any missed deficiencies. As you see, this was rated a “Deluxe” defined as not recently updated to set the right expectations. We are sorry for any inconvenience. I also note that we reached out to you upon arrival and prior to your departure via phone, email and our app and we received no response. Had there been any deficiency or needed maintenance, we certainly would have immediately addressed it. We absolutely loved our time in princeville, and the condo was lovely. Great location, beautiful view, easy to get around and near some of the most amazing beaches. The one thing I would change is the mattress needs to be replaced. There is a very obvious divot in the center that makes you feel like you're going to roll down a hill, and it was a little soft. Other than that, everything was great. I can't wait until we can come back some day!

Relaxing stay at this VRBO

Nice walkout unit with a great view of the Ocean. Whale watching every morning on the lanai while we drank our coffee. The sunsets are spectacular from the grounds of this property. The trip down to the private beach is quite a trek, but so worth it for those who are able to handle the incline of the trail. We took advantage of the many activities available around the island such as Kayaking, hiking, biking and snorkeling. The pool is very private and usually not busy. After a day out exploring it made for a nice place to relax and take a swim.

Love the north end of the island! The best!

Great location. Reasonable price. Needs a deep clean and some updates. Overall, worked well for my family. Nice pool area. Would stay again. It wouldn't take much to improve the place. Elbow grease, paint cabinets..little things. Loved the area. Loved the island💖

beautiful place

The location was great. We could walk down to the beach and snorkel. This is my favorite place to snorkel. I've snorkel on the Big Island and Oahu and this is far the best. There was some small issue with the place itself. The shower didn't drain well and we called, but nobody came to fix it.
