The spacious lanai is very inviting. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful panorama while tropical breezes gently caress you. Here is an ideal place to have a morning cup of coffee or cool beverage any time in total comfort and, of course, enjoy the sky's varied hues at sunset. Many windows also bring this sensational scenery indoors.
A telescope has been thoughtfully provided to enhance distant views and offer the opportunity to see, up close, an occasional boat sailing by as well as Kauai's marine life. Frequently, playful dolphins offshore can be seen "showing off." During winter, giant humpback whales visit the Hawaiian Islands from Alaska to the delight of visitors and kama'aina alike.
In Princeville, there is a wonderful variety of restaurants with delicious cuisine and tempting menus. A short drive down the hill takes you to Hanalei, a charming town with many small shops and galleries as well as additional delectable eateries. This condo was even better than the photos. The unit itself is the best location in the whole complex. We loved our time here. The condo is quite dated but it is charming and reminded us of a favorite grandmas house. There are a few upgrades we would recommend but we would definitely come back and stay here. I would be very interested in buying the property if it ever became available .

Host communication before and throughout our stay was very good. This was a beautiful home with amazing ocean views and lots of outdoor seating. The A/C worked well and all the fans in the room were an added bonus. We loved all the seating areas indoors as well! The only thing slightly lacking was that it felt like it wasn't the cleanest. The bath rugs seemed like they hadn't been cleaned for a while and there were a couple water bugs and gigantic centipedes. I know the moisture in the area probably is the main cause of this, however it seems something can be done to treat the house prior to arrival. Other than that, we loved our stay and do recommend it for others!

Absolutely amazing view!! The property is great but you’re paying for the view and it’s 100% worth it. I would say the property itself is slightly dated but none of this matters when you look out the huge glass front and see the pacific waves crashing.

Great View and Location
The locations is amazing. The view is stunning. The condo is very spacious. We snorkeled at Hideaways beach, surfed Hanalei beach, hiked, explored, and relaxed. The coffee and view from 1Hotel next door is very good.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo exceeded our expectations! It is very large and decorated very nicely. The windows overlook the ocean from two sides and offer the most amazing large views. Wow! Wow! Kitchen well equiped, lots of towels and beach toys. We appreciated the chairs, umbrella, cooler and adult snorkel gear.Very well cleaned and move in ready when we arrived. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Sunsets
Great stay! Condo was nice! Love that you added the beach chairs. They are a must when staying in Princeville! Views were stunning. Perfect for our family of 4! Beach was close but a steep walk….worth it if your up for the hike! Husband loved the golf course! Overall greatVacation!

Amazing location!!
The property was ideal for our family of 4. It was located right in a very quiet area and at the end on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Best part, sunrise AND sunset views so spectacular that guests from the other surrounding units would come over to enjoy the views with us. Very highly recommend this to anyone seeking to be in the Princeville area!

description of Ocean Front is not accurate… It was impossible for us to get to the beach and very treacherous. There is also 3 levels of stairs to get to the condo…. Carrying luggage up and down was very hard. construction in parking lot closed our parking area… Strong mildew smell when we checked in. and at times the guest bathroom has a sewer odor

Mahalo nui loa for your review and important feedback. We will share the information about the mildew and the odor in the bathroom with the owners of the property to make sure that gets addressed. The property is “oceanfront” and on a bluff. It's a short drive to Hanalei, where we recommend going into the water at life-guarded beaches. We weren’t aware of any construction on the property and apologize for the inconvenience it caused. Next time, let’s make sure we have you in a home that has easy access to the beach and only a few stairs. Aloha!

Gorgeous Views in Princeville
This condo has it all. A/C, washer, dryer, and all accessories, appliances…plus, being a corner unit, there is a panoramic view of Mount Makana
(Bali Hai) out the back, and Pali Ke Kua from the kitchen and eating nook. Walking distance from 1 Hotel Hanalei, as well as Hanalei Bay Resort. Near great restaurants, and above Hideaways Beach. Wonderful location in Princeville!

December 2019 Stay
We had a great stay at the condo in Pu'u Poa. The views are incredible and the house is awesome. Our family enjoyed eating breakfast sitting at the dining table and watching the ocean. We have stayed at a few ocean view rentals before but this is hands down the best!

Fantastic location and condo layout
Aside from the potential difficulties for some individuals of 30 stair-steps (6 up, 24 down to go from the parking lot to the front door), this is a very nice condominium with stunning, unobstructed sunset views from the living room & lanai and great northern views from the dining room for whale watching. It was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing, with the wonderful benefit of being visited by three to five Nenes every day!

Princeville Condo
Very nice property with stunning views. Very large condo. Only issue was that there were 30 steps to access the condo and it was difficult for a person with walking issues.
