Our extended family of 6 (plus one more couple who dropped in for the day) really enjoyed our stay at this charming townhouse! The location was excellent - very quite at night, and walking distance to the park, nearby coffee & wine shop, restaurants, and museums.We enjoyed getting to know a new neighborhood vs. staying in a downtown hotel. Very friendly, with families out walking with kids and pets!

Great week in DC

This was a great property for our family vacation (7 adults). There was plenty of room with good accommodations, comfy beds, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Gary is tremendous at communicating and making sure everything goes smoothly. It was a decent location for getting to the sites we wanted to visit.

Amazing location

We enjoyed staying close to the Capitol Building in a large home with easy parking and lots of space for everyone to stretch out including a secluded basement bedroom with small attached additional kitchen

Beautiful Capitol Hill home

We stayed with a family of 5 while touring DC and checking out colleges/law schools for our kids. Excellent location and beautifully decorated home. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The home had everything we needed. Easy walks to Eastern Market, the Metro, the Capitol, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Three friends and I stayed here for our annual college friends get together. It was an awesome place to stay. Pros: Very spacious and beautiful Nice well stocked kitchen Comfortable living area to hang out Clean Amazing location - beautiful and safe street Walkable to mall and many restaurants Good communication with owner. Con: I think the only negative was that in July, in order to keep the other upstairs bedroom cool enough, the main bedroom got very cold, even with the door open. The third upstairs bedroom had its own window unit and that was necessary. It really was a very lovely and perfect stay!

This is a really comfortable VRBO location in a great neighborhood in Washington DC. Walk to Capitol Hill is convenient and easy to drive too as well. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect!

Our family of four absolutely loved this place! The location was ideal- we loved walking to the park and to the Eastern Market as well as to the Smithsonians. The neighborhood is quiet and very family friendly. The house is beautiful and super clean. It was well equipped with all we needed in the kitchen. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic location

Property was as described. Neighborhood was quiet. We traveled with our three children during spring break and everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the extra space to spread out after a long day sightseeing. Owner was quick to answer any questions I had, gave recommendations and despite street parking we found a spot easily! Definitely recommend :)

What a lovely property! It was so clean and so quiet there. The check-in process was seamless. There were four of us ranging in age from 82 -34 and we all had a great time! Great neighborhood. The first day the four of us walked to the corner store two blocks away. It had everything we needed and the people were friendly. You can tell we felt safe: one evening my husband and I walked back to the little store at night. Lots of nice folks walking their dogs. Everyone we passed said Hi! The HVAC worked perfectly, which is important. We went to lots of museums but the best part of the trip was when the four of us sat around in the pretty living room and visited! I loved it. Will certainly come back again. Bravo!

We had an incredible time in DC and the property was fantastic! The location is walking distance to rental bikes, close to the mall and great coffee shop up the street near the park. We LOVED it and will be back again.

“Best VRBO Yet!!!”

Our family travels all over the country and these were the words my family used when checking in! Everything was beautiful, thoughtful and comfortable. The neighborhood is one of our favorites with parks and a couple great cafes near by. Absolutely recommend and will be back!

Clean and beautiful

We were a group of 4 couples. Everyone had their own room and downstairs is a lovely little private suite. Great amenities, esp for the coffee drinkers. Quiet, well maintained neighborhood, lots of Halloween decorations. We walked everywhere but if you Uber it is relatively inexpensive.

great property for multiple families!

My husband and I stayed with our two adult children and their wives, and two young grandchildren. House was perfect with separate space in basement, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. House had everything we needed. Neighborhood is beautiful and convenient! Easy parking. Communication with host was fantastic. Gary had awesome recommendations and answered every question to make our stay effortless. Thank you!
